Rich was amazing. He was super easy to deal with and very knowledgeable. I drove two hrs to get my Tesla from Michael’s Auto just because of him. He also helped walk me through the Tesla app and getting my car completely connected. Could not have done it without him. Thank you so much Rich for making it so easy to get into my first Tesla.

Outstanding experience purchasing a Tesla here. I had an appointment at another dealership at 5pm. The car there was sold by the time I arrived. I showed up at Michael's Autos 10 minutes before they closed. Rich was happy to pull the car I was interested in around for a great view. He stayed after closing to discuss the potential process. I came back today and Rich and the team were top-notch with Customer Service. Had an opportunity to browse the other vehicles on the lot and everything is in outstanding shape. I just wanna say what a great experience I had at Michael’s Auto‘s. My man Rich help me out. I came from Washington DC and it was an incredible experience. Military friendly, I’m active duty army. He reserved the car from me no hidden fees no issues whatsoever. Everything was upfront straight to the point and it was a beautiful beautiful vehicle. High quality dealer with great inventory. Cars are super clean many 1 owner Florida cars. Lot of great Tesla inventory. Enjoyed dealing with Rich and paid a fair price for a low mileage model 3.
