I recently purchased a car from an estate... the car was purchased by wilburs at an auction and at that time it was flagged as structural damage.... HOW DOES A CAR with structural damage not have an R Title ? They probably charged the lady retail for the car knowing the history and it was not disclosed to her. STAY away from a dealership that has no problem screwing old women.... I will be asking NY and PA to review this transaction and I think if they dig a little deeper, MORE will be found in the same type of deal.... SHAME ON YOU.... This old lady was a repeat customer for many years.....

Shortly after buying a car there, I've had nothing but problems with it. They knew they sold it to me with a bad head gasket that ruined the catalyst converter. They were great when I was buying it; afterwards they were rude and condescending. Search elsewhere.

bought a car earlier this year check engine light came on brought it back twice instead of addressing problem he just cleared the light. 2 months later brought to a good mechanic said it was catalytic converter cost 1800 bucks and i know wilbur knew that and could have cared less. dishonest as the day is long.

We bought a Nissan Rogue that had just been turned in on a trade. They did not have a chance to look it over before we scooped it up. Even after full payment, John had his mechanics do a full mechanical check. He took care of EVERYTHING that showed up even the things that were considered to be maintenance items due in 6 months Exceptional service all the way though. Our first time buying a care, here and we will be back.

One of the nicest dealerships in town! Great friendly people to deal with. Answered, and helped with all questions I had. Made my buying experience easy. Have always been a long time customer in there service department as well. They always took care of my needs. Hard to find someone in the automotive field you can trust. The guys at Wilber’s definitely take care of their people!

Just called to ask about financing, the man on the phone said with a very stern voice "we don't finance here" and hung up. That is why I called, no need to be rude.

This is our fourth vehicle that we have purchased from this dealership. Wilber's is very much respected in this area as a honest dealer. We were in our new vehicle in about three days. I would recommend Wilber's to anyone who is in the market to purchase a used vehicle. If they don't have what you are looking for on their lot they can get it for you. GREAT JOB WILBER'S.
