We bought a Lexus IS350 from this dealership. We live in another State, and the transaction couldn’t have been smoother. Our salesman Bill was top notch and amazing to work with. Highly highly recommend him !

Bill was an excellent salesman and we loved him from the moment we met him. So personable, good at meeting our needs, trying to ease us and such a pleasant and kind person. He would always update us when he had information about the delivery of our car! He is fantastic addition to Lexus of Rockford. The dealership treats us like family!!

The sales team and service team are friendly and knowledgeable. They are always ready to help. We bought our SUV from Bill Cote. We took many test drives. We never felt pressured to buy. Bill is a great salesman. So very friendly and now we have a new friend. As Bill says we are now family!

Bill Cote was friendly and helpful and didn’t use high pressure tactics in the decision process. All staff at Lexus were extremely helpful.

It was a nice clean atmosphere. I wish there was a little more selection that fell in my price range, but I was able to find something that aligned with my needs

First and last time-- they were supposed to order a part for me per call March 30-they confirmed the part through text that day. Appt set for April 16 for 3 warranty issues, oil change and the small part ordered. Agreed I would be back at end of day to get car, call me with any questions. They never ordered part, never called me to tell me they did not have it. Got there at 5:15- No one at service desk or anywhere around even though they are open til 6:00 (7:00 for pick up) Billing girl had no idea if everything was complete so she went to find a service person because billing was unclear. He was less than helpful and very inattentive- just told me to call back to get part on order and they could fix next week. Then walked away. I had to go find my car- it was so far around in the back I could not even hear the beep from my key fob. Billing girl was delightful, wish I could remember her name, but everything else about this experience and knowing how service techs are typically there when I check out to review work completed- I will not go back.

This dealership is racist in my opinion. I came to buy a car but I was paying cash . My civil partner is black and I am white.We have been together many years, I am saying this to show we have been through the buying car process many times. What occurred at this dealership has never ever happened to us ever. When I go to pay for the car, they say they will not accept a debit card. A debit card, a card that takes the money immediately from my bank account? This is not a credit card. This is a debit card. I have never heard of such a thing. After much back and forth they let us put 2500 on my card and so I had to bring the rest cash the next day or a certified check from the bank. People were told this and a car dealership that their debit cards were not accepted. It would be insulted and just walk away, and they would lose many customers. This is why I cannot see that this is a normal or common practice at any dealership. As I stated I have been through this many times and no one has ever asked for such a thing. I feel as though I was being discriminated against because we were a mixed couple. Nobody comes to a car dealership with $7500 cash nowadays everything is digital. I really would find it hard to believe that they would do the same thing to a middle-aged white couple. They said the reason why they needed the cash like that is because they were scammed before and people after they paid with their debit card. They called back and cancelled It this makes no sense once the money comes off of your card, you can’t get it back. I also asked can I come back to next day then and just pay with a debit card after they see that the money came off this day and they said no we’re only allowed to swipe your card one time which sent me through loops to come up with to try to get the cash out immediately . At the end of the day I’m just appalled that this still goes on.

Hello, we're sorry to see a negative review - we really do have a $2,500 limit on debit and credit card purchases. Even debit card purchases can be disputed by a customer, and that's been our policy for years. We apologize for the inconvenience it caused you - we do accept checks and cashier's checks.
