Fantastic Experience!

Thank you to Anthony and Eric for helping surprise my husband for our 10 year anniversary! This was a great experience from start to finish. I was extremely impressed with Anthony’s sales acumen and professionalism! We arrived close to closing on a Sunday - Eric and Anthony were both courteous and very customer centered. Great Experience purchasing a vehicle from Camelback Ford

I'm a hard person to please and Eric Steffes took on the challenge, and was one of the most patient and best salesperson I have met. I initially contacted him via email regarding a 2019 Raptor I had seen on the internet. He responded to my request promptly, and forwarded a Youtube video of the Raptor I was interested in. I found that to be a nice touch, he took the time to create the video without knowing whether I was a serious buyer or not. I felt he went above and beyond. When my wife and I arrived at the Dealership, he was genuine, and made the purchase easy for us. He answered all our questions, concerns, and I felt he worked on our behalf to get us the best deal possible. I have nothing but good words to say about him. After purchasing the vehicle, we were on our way home and our brand new vehicle with 29 miles on the odometer, started to overheat, I contacted Eric at approximately 2200 hours, and he was concerned and tried to assist as best as he could. I was able to somehow cool down the vehicle and drove it home without further issues. The next day I was contacted by Jill Chafitz and the General Manager (can't remember if Matt or Herb), and they sent a tow truck to return the vehicle to Camelback Ford to be checked. Camelback Ford also dropped off to my house a vehicle of my choice as a loner until my Raptor was checked. My choice was a 2019 Mustang GT, which they dropped off. Ralph from the Service Dept. checked my vehicle promptly, kept me informed, gave it clean bill of health, and all is working fine. Camelback Ford has a great team, and I will be purchasing my next vehicle from them, possibly a 2020 Shelby GT500 (as long as the price is right, wink-wink). Thanks, Eric, and Camelback Ford team

Awesome experience! Robert was amazing!

Came in needing to get in to a car, but did not really know what I wanted. Robert helped me through the whole process and got me the perfect car for me. If you are in the market for a vehicle and or know someone that is, I would definitely recommend him!! (:

What Auto Buying Should Be

All I can say is we had a great experience with Anthony and would highly recommend seeking him out if you are going to the Ford dealership. Ford F150

Easy to work with from Eric in sales,to Art in finance, liked the pricing and liked the internet option. The F-150 is SO MUCH nicer than my 2013 F-150 that I traded in.
