Shopping comfortably

After shopping around at other dealerships I am glad I stumbled into Camelback Ford. Anthony made me feel comfortable. I didnt feel like he was trying to make a sale. More like he really wanted to help me find the perfect car to meet my needs. I decided I was going to buy a car from there the moment I started talking to Anthony. He was honest and helpful. He admitted to being new but honestly we couldn't even tell. Thank you Anthony for being so helpful and courteous.

Prepaid Maintenance Plan, would not honor full amount.

Purchased the MPP maintenance plan when buying the Mustang. Brought car in for 3rd oil change. Upon completion of the service, advisor informed me that I had to pay $86, because MPP would only cover $40 of the cost. After informing Brandon that I have not had to pay on my prior oil changes. After debating with Brandon & Customer Service. They dropped it to $65, I paid my $65 and left. Took 2 weeks to get my contract honored and repaid my $65. Also Brandon said I needed a 4 wheel Alignment. I informed Brandon to check my car history. It was performed 5K miles ago. Sales pitch! To add, each visit during the last 3 years I have had 3 different service advisors? This day was the worst customer service experience I have experienced and I will not be back. Like there motto states. "Your Gonna Love It" I did not.

Everybody was very nice and the process of buying a car was

The process was quick and easy ,everyone 2as very nice and made buying a car a pleasure, would definitely buy from Camelback Ford again and recommend Camelback ford

Trade in experience / Working with Anthony

Anthony was excellent in every way from start to finish. He was kind, understanding, very attentive and SO patient, even when the sales manager abruptly interrupted him at one point, which we found incredibly rude and off putting, Anthony continued to handle himself with dignity and professionalism. We were so impressed by him already but that situation shouldn’t have happened and he couldn’t have handled it better in front of his customers. It wasn’t an easy process and he couldn’t have been nicer throughout its entirety. He genuinely helped put my mind at ease, more so than anyone else involved and I couldn’t be happier that I ended up with him as my salesman and would come back in a heartbeat to go through him again in the future for more vehicle purchases.

Great experience here!

I bought a used car in the used car department from Omar Montiel and I had an amazing experience. They worked with me a bunch to get the price I wanted and I highly recommend this dealership. Please go see them!

Amazing experience.

I had the most amazing, hassle free experience at Camleback Ford. Robert was on top of everything and provide the best customer service EVER!!!He knew exactly what I wanted and what I needed and got me exactly the Perfect Ford Fusion!!!Thanks Robert Ochoa!!! The finance department was quick and hassle free. They knew I was on a time crunch and Sabeur got me in and out in no time!!! Head on over and ask for Robert he'll take care of you.

Amazing Experience

I was going to have my Ford serviced and had gotten an email Eric showing me some 2018 Ford Edges. I emailed him back to let him know I was interested in one of the vehicles. I made an appointment for later in the week but then decided to go early and check out the car. As soon as we parked at the dealership the customer service started! We were introduced to Eric. He took the time to explain the vehicle I was interested in. I only wanted to look at the car because I was very happy with my 2014 Edge, it just needed to be serviced. Eric arranged a test drive for us on the 2018. When we returned he had everything ready, even all the different payment options available. It was great. He arrange to have my other car picked up and even offered to check on having LED lights installed on my new Edge. Anything myself or my partner had a question on, he had an answer. It's been an amazing buying experience!!

Short pay off

Worst dealership. They never gave me my paper work after asking multiple times . They also didn’t pay my car pay off correctly so now I’m stuck with a 900 payment that I can’t afford . Now the bank is trying to repo a car that I don’t even have anymore . Doran was fine, also the finance guy who worked with me was not listed but his name was mike .

Purchased two vehicles we were happy with the customer service we received from Anthony and Eric. Blake explained everything regarding our financing. Herb was amazing to deal with as well.
