ABSOLUTE SERVICE DISASTER!!!

They repaired a fuel leak just to cause a high pressure oil line to burst in our F350 Diesel. This resulted in us (inc. my 6 year old daughter) being towed from just past Camp Verde to Flagstaff, a hotel stay, rental car, etc. to get home to CO. Thankfully Babbitt Ford in Flagstaff took care of us but the tech informed us it was a Camelback Ford repair issue that caused the problem! In attempts to resolve our issues with the Service Manager and even GM, I have received no response and nothing but road blocks. DON'T USE CAMELBACK TO REPAIR YOUR VEHICLE!!!

Huge mistake

First the internet sales department is non existent. They don't honor truecar pricing through USSA. They then couldn't let us take the delivery of the car we bought because it didn't pass the inspection when they prepared it for delivery. The kicker was over 16 hours of being at the dealership we were forced to buy a different color and pay more. We got it dirty with 1 key and a half tank of gas. Don't buy here.since we had the GM fix the dealership mistake. We didn't recover our tank of gas but we walked away.

Ford Explorer purchase

This team of consultants were very knowledgeable & easy to work with. Great trustworthy team. The personality dynamics of this team was just perfect! I did not feel pressured into the purchase. I was even given helpful tips and insight on vehicle comparison.

I traded in my Expedition for a Mustang and a Fusion.

Eric and Anthony made the sale of my two cars smooth and painless. I wasn’t really sure if I wanted to trade in my Expedition, and definitely wasn’t planning to buy two. There was no high-pressure salesmanship from anyone at the dealership They were professional and extremely courteous.
