Easy to do business with

Bought a truck with excellent rebates and service. The dealer made the process easy. The selection of vehicles was very good and suited my needs.

Expedient Service

Eric did a great job! Transaction was Fast, he knew I wanted this to be quick and not dragged out and he seen to it that the whole process worked out quickly like I wanted. Great service, will definitely recommend.

Do not believe anything they say. Verify with documents.

The sales people were kind and friendly and got me a fairly good deal. The person we signed our papers with was not good. First, very difficult to understand, and did not explain things very well. Second, Both Sales and Finance assured us that we would not pay interest on the loan until the first payment. Third, I wanted to make a large down payment. While a had arranged this with the sales people, the finance person worked up the loan for the whole amount. After I questioned this, they assured me that it would not matter because I could make the payment with the loan and there would be no extra cost. All of this was not true. When the loan was finally available to pay there is almost $200(interest? fees?) already added to the loan before I could even make the first payment. Whether this was blatant deception to milk me for another couple hundred bucks or complete ignorance, it is still completely UNACCEPTABLE. But, we loved Gregory Imanirabaruta, he was awesome, and he is not to blame.

2019 Ranger Purchase

I am not from Phoenix or Arizona. Upon contacting Camelback Ford regarding a new Ranger, I was connected with Eric Steffes, Internet Sales Person/Manager. The experience that I have had with Camelback Ford and specifically, Mr. Steffes, has been very informative, professional and pleasant. It is obvious Mr. Steffes has the customer’s needs and desires in their best interest and was able to produce a very equitable and pleasant sales experience within the guidelines of a well-oiled company program. Mr. Mike Shaw in Finance was also very accommodating and professional in completing this sale. I have purchased all of my new cars and trucks from Ford since 1971 and will definitely consider contacting Camelback Ford regarding future purchases of fine Ford products. Roger Beamer

Rosie bell is a rockstar

My wife and I came in for just Maintance in our old car. Rosie approaches us with such charisma asking about if we had thought about upgrading our vehicle. My wife and I had thought about it prior her approach and we both agreed it wouldn’t hurt. She helped us find our new 2019 Ford Escape and we are excited since we have a baby on the way. Stolen Floor Mats

Last week, Tuesday morning, September 10, 2019, I had an appointment to replace the passenger side airbag. My brother and I brought in my mustang and it was there all day. I picked it up late afternoon and the car had been washed. Next morning as I was getting things in order, I noticed my rear seat floor mats were gone!!! I drove back to see service writer, Jessi Tays at Camelback Ford to go get my floor mats. Jessi went to go look for them, returning and telling me they were not there. I told him someone stole my mats and they need to be replaced. I also told him, these mats are cloth mats and in excellent condition because people rarely sit in my back seat, they need to be replaced at no cost to me. Jessi told me to go have a seat in the waiting area, later telling me the service director is looking into this. Jessi came back to me, telling me those type of floor mats are no longer made and only available in rubber. I told him no, I won’t accept that, someone took my floor mats and I want the same type replaced. At this point, I begin thinking, If this is the type of service I am receiving, I will not be purchasing a new vehicle from this Camelback Ford Dealers! Jessi again, comes to see in the waiting area and starts suggesting that I look on Amazon to find the ones I want. I repeated what he just suggested. So you want me to search on Amazon? I also said, I can’t believe you are suggesting I search for floor mats all because someone stole my floor mats! He said he didn’t know what size to get! Really? He has my vehicle Information and he is stalling !!! I suggested he take measurements of the area where my floor mats were so he left to get a measuring tape. He met me at my vehicle and I was speaking to my sister. I told Jessi after wasting over two hours of waiting I told him I had to leave because I was too upset. That was one week ago and I have not heard nothing!

Didn’t get what I wanted but I’m happy with what I got. It fits my family. Just disappointed when the seat belts didn’t work. So now I’m hoping it gets fixed today. Overall the salesman and finance guy were awesome.
