Wow!!

Herb and Eric went above and beyond to get us into our dream vehicle 2019 Ford Expedition. The process was simple easy and they were straight forward from trade in to signing. Thank you so much for making this a phenomenal experience.

Amazing customer service

I went to Camelback Ford, expecting to be turned away, that was not the case. Marquis was wonderful and did whatever he could to get me a great deal!! The financial department was also awsome, he made filling out paperwork fun! I will definitely recommend Camelback Ford and want to thank the whole team for all you did for us!

Terrible sales staff

Shaun and Antwione are unable to answer what seems to be one of the most complex questions ever. “What is included in the addendum fee?” It’s tragedy that I still cannot a clear answer on what the addendum/ accessories added are that equate to the added price.... Salesmen as such this are what gives car sales teams a black eye.... I recommend trying another dealership with a transparent sales team.

Great experience!

A very pleasant car buying experience. Eric Steffes was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend! Finance process was smooth and easy. We were thanked for our purchase. That really impressed me. Top level experience. Bought a BMW in May 2019. Staff today was better than BMW. Many thanks!

The WORST at customer care!

UPDATE received a call on this review from "Chris, the service manager" at Camelback Ford who basically bullied me asking if I left this review, stating that he knows how this works and that he can leave reviews too. The level this has gone too is beyond unprofessional! I asked to speak to his manager and he stated that he didn't have one. MY EARLIER REVIEW! Took my Ford Explorer in for service on a Thursday night expecting to hear from them sometime on Friday. At 2pm my husband called them to get a status. Alan told my husband that he'd try to squeeze my car in. My husband questioned that because I had an appointment. My husband was told that there were customers who had appointments 3 days prior who were ahead of me. Sounds a little absurd but why make appointments if you can't get to a car for 3 days? So at 3:20pm we received a call that they won't be able to do anything about the car until MONDAY and suggested that I leave the car, Seriously. Not for parts but just that they couldn't get to it until MONDAY. I am so sorry I bought my car from this location. Don't waste your time here!!!!

Very good experience would recommend green and tony did a fantastic job easy purchase from the beginning to the end Greg was very informed on all the opinions and help me get all set up the all the options available mush appreciated!! Tony is a straight forward guy who keeps his word!!
