Very Unhappy with service department.
Very Unhappy with service department. Brought vehicle in for service and service advisor said they could not rotate tires due to irregular tread wear. This was noted in the invoice when I received it at vehicle pickup with "RED-TIRES REQUIRE REPLACEMENT" in invoice body. Also received mechanics inspection report that rated tires yellow. Looks like "upsell" to me
