Fantastic Experience
I drive by North Coast daily and another vehicle seems to catch my eye with each and every pass. Eventually and inevitably, I spotted one I had to have! Trey & Jared made the entire experience a memorable one, mostly because it wasn't your typical dealership encounter. They're friendly and enjoyable to deal with, knowledgeable, non-condescending and they prioritize both making and keeping their customer happy. What's impressed me the most, is that they continue to their effort in prioritizing me even after the sale. I had a minor issue with my vehicle approx. 1 month after purchase. They took care of my car as if it was their own and treated me like I'm still their priority. I highly+ recommend North Coast!

bought a truck last dec. battery went dead 9 month latter they repalaced it with a small charge of 100 dollors . it was a 200 battery what a deal . james and jared are the best to deal with all willing to help pete

Did not do their homework
Went through the whole buying process. On the day of the vehicle pick up they delayed my pick up and gave me the run around on a recall they forgot on to check. They did own up to it but it is still wasted time I won’t get back. I don’t even know if I will continue the buying process and follow through with the truck. Regardless. I will never becoming back here. Funny how all they talked about when I first went in there was their great reputation and how they wouldn’t ruin it over a $10,000 truck. These guys are clowns.

Best experience!
North coast is awesome!! I was looking for a reliable vehicle with third row and got a Nissan Pathfinder. Jared and his team were so responsive and 0 pressure!!! They answered ALLLLL of our questions ( and we had a lot ). They were supportive and excited for me! They went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience! Once I bought the car, I had a minor problem and Jared told me to bring it in that day and took care of it that day!! $0 cost to me, even though I was over my 1000 mile limit for the warranty—great customer service by them!! Could not have had a better experience! Go there and talk to Jared or anyone in his team! They can help you!

Highly reccomend
We just bought a 2019 Toyota Sienna with Trey from North Coast Auto and it was a great experience. We had been to several other dealers in the area beforehand and this was hands down the best. Trey was awesome to work with and didn't play the games most auto dealers do. The price was great, everything was completed very quickly and I would highly reccomend them to anyone looking for a car.

Great Experience
Just bought a 2017 RAM. What a great buying experience. Low pressure, easy to deal with, great price, no hassle. They put brand new tires (which I got to pick) and brakes on it. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Purchase was smooth, the next few weeks were not.
I purchased a Subaru from this dealer and the purchasing process went great. I didn't feel pressured and the price was right. However, not even a week after I bought it, I was stranded on the side of a highway an hour and a half away from home with no oil because the oil cap was not tightened correctly. This is a pretty rookie mistake. They cleaned up the motor but this shouldn't have happened in the first place. I took out a loan through the dealership which had a good interest rate. I was told I would get a welcome package in the mail to set up payments.. It's one week before the first payment is due and no package. I emailed for help and all I got was a customer service phone number for the bank. Was on hold for an hour with the bank and they said the dealer should have provided more information on how to submit the first payment. Not sure why the dealership didn't tell me that. Maybe I just have bad luck but 2 major problems within 3 weeks of buying the car just doesn't sit well with me.
