Dan always goes above and beyond in customer service and client satisfaction. This is my 2nd truck that I have purchased through him, and from my first experience, it is why I came back.

salesman worked with me over the phone prior to me making the drive to the dealership. Once there truck ready for test drive, etc. We sat down discussed terms and quickly came to an agreement. As far as car buying experiences go this has been the least painful. I was relatively in and out and everyone got to go back to there day. Dan and Josh were great. Only negative feedback, was the new truck was not filled up with gas prior to leaving.

This was my first buying experience from Fletcher Toyota, and I have never been so blown away with such great customer service. My salesperson, Jerimy Timi, went above and beyond for me in my purchase, and made it a great experience overall.
