Dan Clark makes a nice dealership even better. He is the reason I drove almost 2hrs from Tulsa, to Joplin. I would recommend my friends. Josh in Financing is a cool dude too!

Always the best.

Dan always goes above and beyond in customer service and client satisfaction. This is my 2nd truck that I have purchased through him, and from my first experience, it is why I came back.

Great

salesman worked with me over the phone prior to me making the drive to the dealership. Once there truck ready for test drive, etc. We sat down discussed terms and quickly came to an agreement. As far as car buying experiences go this has been the least painful. I was relatively in and out and everyone got to go back to there day. Dan and Josh were great. Only negative feedback, was the new truck was not filled up with gas prior to leaving.

Wouldn't recommend any other dealer!

This was my first buying experience from Fletcher Toyota, and I have never been so blown away with such great customer service. My salesperson, Jerimy Timi, went above and beyond for me in my purchase, and made it a great experience overall. Because of Jerimy, I will not only be back for my next purchase, but I will recommend everyone I know to Fletcher stores for their next purchases.

Excellent from start to finish - Go see Dan Clark!

We worked with Dan Clark the entire time. I can't think of a better representative for the Fletcher brand. He was a true professional and made the experience easy for us. We traveled from out of town to work with him and Fletcher as the service and price were unmatched at the local Toyota dealership.

Great Experience!

Buying a new car can be a good experience! Dan Clark was great to work with! He was great at returning and placing calls to us! Everyone at Frank Fletcher went out of their way to help us! We will buy from them again and will ask for Dan again! Love our new car!

Dan Clark is truly the "Car Man"

This was our third car buying experience at Fletcher Toyota. We had a much better experience at Fletcher Toyota than was recently offered at Springfield (Reliable Toyota). Dan Clark was knowledgeable and very helpful with all our needs. He did his best to make sure all of our needs were met. I would definitely recommend Dan Clark and Fletcher Toyota to anyone wanting to buy a Toyota.

Best car buying exeperience ever...

Outstanding dealership for an internet transaction. Fletcher conducted the transaction better than any dealership in Kansas City including Hendrick. That says a lot given their size.

RAV4- Dave Curriston's the Man to see!

We just want to say we had a very enjoyable experience buying our second Toyota from Frank Fletcher in Joplin. I have to say this is in fact due to the excellent service we received from our salesperson, Dave Curriston. He was very knowledgeable on what we were buying! That meant a lot to us and in the future. I'm confident we will use this dealership again and hopefully Dave will be there to help us. Thanks again
