Lee Toyota of Topsham

I chose Lee Toyota to lease my 2015 used Tacoma because I was refereed to Jenn Towers. She was very knowledgeable and listened to my needs financially and got me into a truck I love.I also work in Topsham and Jennifer has come to get my truck from me at work every time my truck is due for service and brought it back to me when it was finished.. SHE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND to make me happy. I will Always buy my vehicles from her and recommend her to everyone I know looking for a vehicle. Lee Toyota also has a wonderful service department and always prompt with time.Jenn is very professional non pushy and listened to all my needs and met them!! Buying a car let's face it is everyone's nightmare this experience has changed my mind..

It was though she was in my head. My hubby and I were talking about trading one of our vehicles in the weekend before when I got a call from Jen saying "Guess what we just got in today?" Funny thing is it had been 6 months or more when I had last stopped in and talked to her telling her what I was looking for. Although I didn't purchase the vehicle I will continue to do business in the future with Jen.

I had an amazing experience at Lee Toyota in Topsham. The sales person, Jen Towers, was friendly, informative and extremely helpful. I am disabled and needed to do most of my pre-lease searching over the internet and phone. I have to say that this dealership was extremely friendly and willing to work with me where as others that I had contacted were less than excited about working with me over the phone. All in all it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I filled out a previous review, but I felt it important to do this one as well, for Jennifer Towers and the rest of the folks at LEE TOYOTA, (Topsham, ME). Jennifer Towers was the first person to greet me when I arrived at the dealership. She was more than gracious and guided me throughout the entire shopping and purchasing experience. My son was with me and he too was very impressed with her professionalism. I had done online shopping and as well, Jen showed me several other vehicles, some of which I test drove. After making my selection (A Toyota Certified, 2016 Toyota Corolla) she presented me with a finance package I could afford. While I was with John, Jen had my car prepped for me, even moved the things from my old car, to my new car. Before I drove away, with a full tank of gas, she went over the details of the dashboard and options, programmed by phone to Blue Tooth, etc. She encouraged me to call her or stop by, with any questions or concerns. The finance guys, Drew To and John Newland were great as well. All in all, I must say I have recommended Jen and Lee Toyota to everyone I have told about my car. I have been in Customer Service/Sales for over 50 years, so I have many examples to compare to, in assessing my experience with Jen and Lee Toyota. I sincerely appreciated the sincerity and respect shown. LEE TOYOTA is definitely not the stereotyped dealership one often hears about. Thankfully.

I hadn't bought a car in more than ten years. When I found the Certified Used RAV4 I wanted on Lee's website and came in to go for a test drive, Jennifer Towers was friendly and knowledgeable. I immediately felt very comfortable with her. She and everyone at Lee Toyota were great to deal with that day. The buying experience was painless!! I LOVE my new car!!
