Had a very good experience while buying a new car- until we agreed on a price. Then we lost the salesperson's attention to other customers. It took over 2 hours for Toyota to complete the financing paperwork and wash the car. Total experience was 3.5 hours.

Very happy in the past with both sales and service- very personalized, friendly, approachable. However, prices were not very competitive- felt was being a bit taken advantage of seeing as I had a dead car in their service bay. Ended up being OK price with negotiation, and have been happy enough with them over the years that ended up buying from them despite a slightly higher price than competitor. However, definitely felt that they were trying to take advantage of situation by price gouging initially- lost a lot of trust with this interaction.
