On a personal note…. I bought a Prius-C from Lee in 2013. As a strong testament to this dealership, I went back and bought the same car in 2015 and upgraded amenities. The staff at Lee is knowledgeable, empathetic and fair. The process is very transparent and there was no high pressure close at the end of the sale. It is easy to see why this dealership sells the most Prius’ in the state. Lee’s website is easy to navigate. It allowed me to do my pre-work and form my wish list and payment criteria, before driving to Topsham. Overall, this type of approach leads to a world class customer experience with no buyer’s remorse or concerns on being over leveraged. I feel strongly that the Lee team was part of my educated decision making process. Special thanks to Brodie MacDearmid for taking time to walk me through all of the exciting new electronics and apps that are available on my new car, well after closing. Robie Benner was great! No high pressure tactics. The Sales Manager came out to meet us, and Jon in the Credit Office was terrific. They fed us lunch too!

Who would have thought a person could enjoy the experience of buying a new vehicle! My 2016 Tundra is the second vehicle I have bought at Topsham Toyota. The sales person, Trisha was outstanding, as was the financial officer Andrew To. Both worked with me finalizing the sale and have continued to stay in touch with me to make sure everything is working out with my new pickup.

Our 2015 Toyota Highlander was the second car we have bought from Topsham Toyota. In both cases we felt we were treated very fairly, and that the entire experience was a good one. SalesConsultant, Robie Benner, was very accommodating, and went the extra mile to help us find the exact car that we wanted even though it was not currently in stock at their location. Believe it or not, we had a lot of laughs and fun as we negotiated a final price which we felt was fair. This is a great dealership with which to do business.

Had no intention of buying the day I stopped by Lee in Topsham to tire-kick the Prius V, but the numbers were so attractive I really could not find a reason not to act! . :-) Thanks to Trisha Hunter in sales, Mike & Tom in Management, and the Finance Dept.. I have driven my new Prius V 400 miles so far, and my average gas consumption is 45.9 MPG. My first week I got 44.5 which I thought was great, and its only gotten better since then. I do have a light foot, and do mostly in-town and country road driving, not highway, but that's incredible fuel economy for a car this roomy. The back up camera with the parking grid makes backing a snap too, overcoming the only complaint I had with my smaller 2013 Prius (poor backing visibility without a camera).

I was really pleased with my First buying experience at Lee Toyota of Topsham.. I was very impressed with Thomas Berry as my sales consultant. He was a genuine and helpful salesperson. Thomas was very helpful and gave complete attention to my car buying experience. Thomas was very easy to talk with and and we even shared a few laughs which helped ease the anxiety of buying my Toyota 4-Runner. This being my first ever experience with Lee Toyota I would have no problem referring others to consider buying a vehicle from Lee Toyota. Thomas took the time to give me a tour of the show room and of the very impressive garage bay area. I highly Recommend Thomas Berry as a very competent Sales Associate. Prior to purchasing my 2016 Tundra, I had my previous 2014 (purchased at another dealer) serviced at Lee. Even though my first truck was not from Lee, the service was top notch. The men and women leading the department were all professionals. So, when the lease came up on my 2014, I decided to see if the sales dept. was as professional and helpful as the service dept. and to my great satisfaction they were. I can't speak for all Lee locations but I highly recommend Lee Toyota in Topsham, so drive a hard bargain and rest assured that they will still take care of you we you come in for service.
