Recently looked at buying a Tundra from Lee auto mall, was speaking with Jenn Towers. Was an excellent experience, decided to wait on the investment but will surely return for my purchase with Jennifer.

I had come down to lease a certain vehicle. Needless to say the car was sold the night before. The spectacular sales associate that i had was able to put me and my wife in an exceptional vehicle (despite my wifes insistance on a certain option!). I would definitely come back here and do business with this this company and would need to have Jennifer Towers as my sales associate.

Drew was most helpful and made a very difficult process so much easier. Jon was friendly and handled all of the paperwork with efficiency and care. Both men are a true asset to this company The only bump in the road was Jedson who was not able to listen and provide the easy support that I found with every other member of the team that I encountered. although very proficient at his job he comes across as what one would expect of a car salesmen and I know that this dealership is not about that kind of service.

Stoped for service and spent my time assessing the value of purchasing a new vs. used truck. The sale person (Jen) was exceptional for product knowledge and information. It renews my faith in sales. Sincerely Bob Moulton

Trisha was pleasant, courteous, and no pressure! Trisha explained the changes In the new Prius IV- i.e. Lumber Seat, I really needed, Seat Warmers my Husband loves and much more! A test ride with Trisha was much quieter and smoother! We have dealt with Lee Toyota of Topsham since 2009 and find everyone courteous and helpful. I purchased a 2012 Sienna! I was looking for a used one and Andrew helped me find it! It is just what I was looking for, even the color! I was actually going to get the L, but Andrew found us the LE at a great price. The whole experience was very stress-free and easy! My last car purchase didn't go this smoothly so I was very impressed of how nice the process could be. My husband and I are considering purchasing another Toyota in the near future, it is the ONLY brand we will buy. I will be contacting Andrew to find us our new car or truck when we are ready, and decide which we are getting. The service at Lee is just wonderful! Andrew even helped me set up the blue tooth with my phone and taught me how to use it since it was a brand new feature to me! I decided at the last minute to add the extra protection for the interior and the xzilon was applied before the paperwork was even done!!! Couldn't be happier with everything!!!

Upon arrival at Lee Toyota in Topsham on Saturday March 15, Patrick Browning was welcoming and friendly and when I told him what I was looking for in a new or used car he was knowledgeable about the Toyota promotions and helpful in directing me in the choice of the vehicle I was looking for. After a test drive in both the Corolla S and Corolla LE I made the decision to lease the 2014 Corolla LE and Patrick was very efficient in locating and processing all the paperwork to get this car for me. I picked up my new car yesterday, the 17th, and was very satisfied with Patrick's work in the office and the Service personnel who checked and cleaned the vehicle before I drove it off the lot. I would definitely recommend family and friends to begin their car shopping experience at Lee Toyota in Topsham.

I am very happy with the service at Lee Toyota. Meg Benton and Drew To in the sales department helped me purchase a certified used Prius. They listened carefully to what I was looking for in a car and were willing to make the car certified used at my request. The service department was very fast and thorough in upgrading the car. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a used car in Maine or eastern Canada.

Patrick Browning was our sales professional and he was great! No high pressure sales, very knowledgable about the cars. We left with a 2013 Prius persona. Patrick made the car buying experience fun and as low stress as car buying possibly can be. I would defiantly go back!
