I bought a 2014 Rav4, and could not have had a better buying experience. If you like the service Lee Toyota has for all vehicles, whether bought at Lee or not, you will find Duffy the best salesperson at any dealership in Maine. He is intelligent, knowledgeable, personable, and goes the extra mile to be sure you know what you are getting. He readily can explain the science behind car features, is adept at using the Internet to help illustrate features (e.g., how does the automatic high beam work), and will give you an honest answer about the details of various features, and takes the time to look up a feature to be sure the most up-to-date information is provided the customer. He has given me tutorials on the 2014 tech features of the vehicle, weeks after my purchase. I would definitely recommend Duffy for anyone wondering if the car buying process could be a better experience. It can be, and after visiting and talking with sales people at a number of dealers before purchasing this vehicle, I highly recommend calling Duffy at Lee Toyotal.
