Being a first time buyer they worked overtime in order to get me the car I wanted. The people were great at communicating with me and were honest about every situation that came forth! I would highly recommend this dealership especially Sean he was full of excitement and knowledge.

I bought my car in dec 2011 from Lee Auburn. A week after...

I bought my car in dec 2011 from Lee Auburn. A week after I complained that it had a problem and they authorized Lee Topsham to perform service as it was closer to my home I first came in for a alignment when I complained that my car was pulling left and making a slight knocking noise. The alignment was done and lasted all of a week befor it pulled to the left again. A few weeks later I came to Lee Topsham again to find out the source of the ever worsening noise it was making. Without test driving it they told me it was a tie rod. A service that they charged me $47.00 for although a bad tie rod should have been spotted previously when they did the alignment. I begrugingly paid it I made an appointment for the following week to come in for service I have had tie rods in cars go bad before and I was positive this was not the issue so I took it to another mechanic that looked at it breifly and said he didnt believe it was a tie rod issue and I should take it back to Lee Topsham to have them look again. So I called the and was told that the service manager would look at it personally instead of having the work done at my appointment. He to said it was the tie rod and he would credit the $47 I felt I shouldnt have paid off the bill for the repair and that he would call me the following day to set up the work. Seven days went by and I received no call so I took it back to my regular mechanic and had him replace the tie rod even though there was no problem with it. This did nothing to stop the noise. Not once did any service agent from Lee Topsham return any call nor did they bother to even drive my car to hear the noise. The misdiagnosed the problem, charged me wrongly, and have ignored me. I for one, after I get my $47 back, will NEVER deal with Lee Topsham again and will encourage others to avoid them also.

Joe Day wasn't a high pressure salesman. He worked with...

Joe Day wasn't a high pressure salesman. He worked with me to get me into a car I wanted for a fair price. He listened to what I wanted, what was important and tried to sell me something I couldn't afford, or didn't want. I hate buying a new car. I often feel as though the salesmen only want to speak to the man I'm with (even though it is me that is buying the car) or they worry more about what I can afford for monthly payments. I find that very insulting. I can handle my own financial affairs and prefer to work to find a car with what I am looking for in the price range that is acceptable to me. Joe was not your typical salesman. He was calm, listened to what I wanted, and worked with me to find the right fit. He also took the time to go over my new car to ensure I knew all the finer details of the options on the vehicle before I took ownership. Great experience.

Lee is a great place to buy new or used

I needed a car in a certain price range and I was looking to get a good deal for my trade in. I was looking for a Corolla S, sunroof, $250 or under a month and a bunch of other little things. Chet made it all happen! He was a great sales person to work with. He is very friendly and I wasn't afraid to ask silly questions with him because I knew he'd answer with real honesty. I plan on having my new car for a long time, but if anything were to happen- I'd go back there before anywhere else.

I have had many friends,neighbors and relatives try out...

I have had many friends,neighbors and relatives try out this new car. Every one of them just love it. It’s so big and roomy and rides and drives very nicely. It is also so very fascinating to watch the instrumentation as you drive. I just finished my first tank of gas. The on board computer registered 40.2 mpg I also figured it mathematically with miles and gallons by pencil and got 40.1mpg. So this info is in sync.The mpg’s are still rising as I drive it now. I don’t usually brag about a new car but this one is very exciting. The sales person Trisha Hunter and the dealership were also very extra ordinary. I am proud to give this vehicle a 5 star rating. I love it Rodney Farrar Ripley Maine

Our salesperson, Kevin Cough, did an excellent job--he...

Our salesperson, Kevin Cough, did an excellent job--he was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Mike Walker, with whom we finalized the deal, was also fair and easy to work with. Finally, Mike Cosgrove was extremely helpful when he was made aware of a problem we had regarding the lack of a Satellite radio in the car--something which we had expected but which wasn't available when we purchased the vehicle. Mike C. went out of his way to make sure we would be taken care of and we were and we appreciate it. I also thought the service dept was very good about reinstalling equipment from my old vehicle onto the new one. All in all we were very pleased with everything. Update: I've had the car for about six or seven weeks now and all is well--had one slight problem, called the dealership and received immediate attention and satisfaction.

No Pressure sales

Contact by internet did not generate annoying sales calls. All staff were helpful. this was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. I fully recommend this dealership.

I traded a 2011 Camry XL for a 2012 Camry XLE, and truly enjoyed dealing with our salesman, Kennth Hall. He understood exactly what I wanted, and, He even sent a driver to Massachusetts, to pick up the "color" I wanted. He exceeded my husband, and my expectations. Great man to work with. His demonstration of the features in the new car, helped me to understand how use it to meet all my needs.
