Lee Toyota of Topsham

My Experience with buying my new Toyota Prius was excellent. I believe the manager and the salesman, Chet Tetreault, did an excellent job and were very fair in negotiations. The experience was mutually respectful and when I wanted to get another persons opinion I was encouraged to do so. I will definitely look to Lee Toyota again when purchasing a new or used vehicle. Great experiance with sales person and business manager. Must say that I acutually enjoyed the experiance and that is not normal for me in a car purchase.

Everyone I came in contact with was extremly friendly. I worked with Tyler Frank the most and he made me very comfortable. I was nervous going there, Im a young female and I figured they would take advantage of that, but everyone was very honest and worked with me to get the car I wanted and the payment I was comfortable with. I highy reccomend seeing the Lee family in Topsham and Tyler Frank is awesome.

As soon as we were in the parking lot we were met by John Blouin. He was just wonderful to me and my husband. We spent a lot of time with him and he could not have been more informative or nicer. We had just come in to browse because we were thinking of getting a new vehicle in about 8 months when my husband was thinking of retiring. But we were treated so nice and were so impressed with the service that we ended up buying our car from John. I had bought my Honda CRV from Lee's Topsham a few years ago and I was treated extremely well. My husband was very sick at the time and everyone worked with me to help me get a vehicle. That is what made us first come to Lee's. This time the customer service was even better if that was possible. John made us feel so welcome and then we met Jonathan Newland, Business Manager, who helped us with our financing. Even though we have many medical issues he was able to work out a great deal for us and a payment that we could live with. He also was extremely nice. Everyone smiled and introduced themselves and we were very comfortable from the time we got there until we drove our new Toyota Rav4 out of the lot. It was a wonderful buying experience and as far as we are concerned there is no other place to go to buy a vehicle. John made us feel just like family and he took great care of us. Thanks to everyone for such a wonderful buying experience.

The salesman, Joe Day, did a great job. He was very upfront and straightforward regarding how the dealership had priced the car I was interested in. I got a very good price for a used Prius

Best in the area, does not mean can't do better. I know that you did not make a lot of money on me. But I spend a lot of money: $60,000. I was not pleased to be waiting in my trade in, in the parking lot, for an hour for someone to get my new vehicle ready to test drive for the day.

I had a terrific buying experience at Lee Toyota in Topsham. Joe Day was very professional and did not waste my time. Joe's style and professional follow-up set him apart from others I had dealt with in my new car search. Even though Topsham is further away from other Toyota dealerships for me, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Joe for my next car.
