William work extremely hard at understanding what I wanted and locating the vehicle that meet those requirements. Mike C. worked hard to get a purchase price that was very competitive to other dealers. I had purchased another car several months ago at different dealership and I wish I had started at Lee Toyota.

My wife Sara and I had a positive experience purchasing a new Prius at your dealership. In the past purchasing cars at other dealerships went from terrible to very good, but Joe Day and everone else we dealt with at Lee Toyota surpassed that by making Sara and I feel welcome, not pressuring us, and getting exactly the car we wanted at a very good and fair price. Joe Day especially was very acommodating and easy to work with. We both would definitly recommend Lee Toyota at Topsham to anyone we know ready to purchase a vehicle Gary Levitt Sara Doucette

I had been researching and looking at hybrids for better...

I had been researching and looking at hybrids for better than the last six months before I decided to purchase a prius.Then the hard work of searching for a dealership that would be reasonable and pleasant to work with. We spoke with all the toyota dealers in Maine except the northern one. Unfortunately not all dealerships are equal. I would rate them from bad to good until we went to Lee's. The email from Mr. Tolman greatly encouraged us to actually visit the dealership yesterday and was treated professionally and with respect which led to the purchase of a 2011 prius.I guarantee you that all my co-workers, friends, and relatives will have, when I describe your dealership an excellent rating. Leasing a 2011 Camry was the best decision I've made so far! Extremely happy with the performance of the car and how reasonably priced it was! Great gas mileage and sound system is amazing for factory components. Love the steering wheel mounted radio buttons, quite convenient!

Both Joe Day, our Sales and Leasing Consultant and Jon...

Both Joe Day, our Sales and Leasing Consultant and Jon Newland, the Business/Financing Manager, were very professional in the negotiation and purchase process. Joe knows the Prius and answered our questions completely during the test drives and during negotiations. He understood we planned to finance with our local bank but did offer a quote. When we learned that our local bank was not rate competitive, Jon Newland worked with us and completed the loan process easily and very quickly. Jon subsequently worked with us to provide a maintenance and vehicle protection plan that met our needs; both financially and driving patterns. The car was delivered on the day and time as committed. The prep team delivered it "spotless" and ready to go. Joe filled the tank and went through the entire vehicle to ensure we understood everything. He followed up with a phone call a few days later. Lee Toyota has earned our service business and we will reference them to friends. We would buy another vehicle from them, especially if they offer the same flexibility and pricing.

Mike Walker was exceptionally helpful. I went in to purchase a used Corolla; bought a new one, as he convinced me with a better deal in the long run, and the sales manager confirmed it. Will likely do business there again. Wish all dealerships could streamline the paperwork. Feels like closing a mortgage. I've always loathed the car purchasing process, but this was much more pleasant than past experiences. Thank you. Gail Larsen

The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. I was pleased with their flexibility regarding my current lease and thankful that I received a quality product in a timely manner. In addition, Mike was thorough in his presentation -- I feel confident that I have been informed of all aspects of the vehicle.

Joe Day was great! He encouraged me to drive several cars and was knowledgeable in explaining all features never inserting any bias. Joe was recommended to me last fall by the service department as my car was nearing 10 years and 170K miles. I did contact him but then but he never put any pressure on me at that time as I was not quite ready to proceed. Joe has my highest recommendation. Thanks Joe!

My buying experience was smooth and painless. Mike was extremely friendly and helpful and even arranged for my new Yaris to be delivered to my home, which is 30 miles away. The car arrived in spotless condition and was driven into our garage. I am 65 years old and have never had a more comfortable buying experience. I'll be back! Harvey Wheeler
