My in-laws raved about their experience with William when...

My in-laws raved about their experience with William when they bought a new Camry, and after buying a used car from him, I know why. William was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to explain my car's features like I was buying new. Having purchased cars from other dealerships, none hold a candle to Lee Toyota and William. Tom the sales manager fielded many calls from me about the 'deal' and I never felt rushed or pressured. When it came time to signing papers, Jon in financing told me just what I needed to know and I was in and out in no time at all. Thanks to all at Lee Toyota for a tremendous buying experience!

I was not in the mood to negotiate that day, but would...

I was not in the mood to negotiate that day, but would have liked if they could have come down a little from their list price. It seems like they didn't even try, therefore I only gave them an 'ok' on price. That said, I am very aware that they need to make their money too, and it is their job to get me to spend as much as possible. I intended to shop at other dealers as well, to try to negotiate Lee for a lower price... but then just decided to go for it. Overall a good experience, though it took about 3 hours which felt like a really long time.

We recently traded in our Highlander for a 2011 Camry....

We recently traded in our Highlander for a 2011 Camry. Our salesman Eric Gaither and everyone at Lee Toyota made us feel like we were their only customers. We had many questions regarding switching from a larger vehicle to a passenger car and Eric answered all of our questions and was very professional. From the time we entered the dealership until we drove off in our new car, we were extremely comfortable and actually enjoyed our experience! We would definitely recommend Lee Toyota to all our friends whether looking for a new or used vehicle.

We recently brought our 2010 Corolla in for some scheduled service. We are impressed by how comfortable the waiting area was while the work was being done. We were most impressed by how much care is given to the cars as they come in. Our car was not left outside, but rather brought right in so it could be in the garage and the work order could be verified. We were impressed by this attention to accuracy and prompt service.

7+ year association with this dealer, superb service of a...

7+ year association with this dealer, superb service of a Highlander we bought elsewhere, best in class that brought us in when trading in/buying new. We didn't expect to close on a deal, but Trisha made an excellent presentation, the dealership offered us what we regarded as a more-than-fair trade-in value and we never left. There was a mild but tolerable "what can we do to win your business" approach which usually doesn't win us over. Other staff members helped later with the actual delivery and accomodated our change in dates without hastle. We felt as though we paid a premium for a premium car, but overall got good value. The business manager process with warranties/add-ons surprised us a bit and was maybe slightly rushed as it was towards the close of business. Everyone was entirely professional and we'd freely (and have) recommended this dealership to friends.

Brian's salesmanship is very professional; he possesses a solid understanding of the product he's selling and is pleasant to deal with. Also, the showroom and service waiting areas project a positive image for the dealership, and I can't really say the same about other dealerships that I've dealt with while car shopping recently.

I have bought and leased more than a dozen vehicles over the years and yesterday's visit to Lee Toyota in Topsham was by far the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Mike Walker is a real pro. After I described what I wanted in terms of features and budget, Mike delivered a Prius to my exact specifications. I can't recommend him and Lee Toyota highly enough.

We purchased our first Toyota Prius from Lee Toyota back...

We purchased our first Toyota Prius from Lee Toyota back in 2004. During the past seven years the dealership has done all of our service work. We have always found them to be friendly, helpful and very hospitable -- always ready to provide transport to and from work while the vehicle was in service. We have never been disappointed with the work done by the service department. That is why we did not hesitate to purchase our second Prius from Lee Toyota this year. We highly recommend Lee Toyota Topsham as a great place to do business. Helene & Gerry

Having purchased a 2005 prius new from Lee Toyota and...

Having purchased a 2005 prius new from Lee Toyota and having it seviced there regularly we have been very pleased with the service and assistance. So, when we were feeling like we were over due for a new prius we didn't think of going any place else. Service has always been timely, friendly, and helpful. The sales staff are eager to help but in no way overboard or pushy. As expected the sales staff, Eric, was very knowledgeable about the new prius and exactly what had changed from the model we had been driving. The test drive sold me on the car and then it was just a matter of what color my wife would like. How could a dealer not have fun selling such a great car? I was offered additional services (xylon protection) and an extended service warranty and the pros and cons were fairly discussed. Financing the deal was easier than I've ever experienced... anywhere. I'm not sure that they could have done anything that could have made the process any smother or pain free. I look forward to an ongoing relationship with Lee Toyota.

Trisha went out of her way to ensure I had exactly what I wanted. She asked questions, listened to my answers, and came up with a car that worked, a price that worked, and a payment that worked for me. She made sure I had all of the information I needed to make a well-informed decision. Joe was very helpful as well. He was knowledgeable and informative and patiently explained to me any questions I had for him.
