Lee Toyota of Topsham

We were totally impressed with the sales personnel at Lee Toyota, especially Wiliam Eggleston. Never before in our many years of buying cars have we ever had anyone so knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge about the product. We learned more about auto construction and features of the car we were interested in than ever before in a car shopping experience. William is courteous, an excellent listener, most personable, and responsive to the customer's needs and wishes. He spent a great deal of time evaluating our needs and coming up with the product that would most suit us and our budget. In the process we met the general manager, the accounting manager, and several others who all exhibited the same friendliness and thoroughness in answering our questions. We left feeling comfortable with our purchase decision as a result of the quality of William's service. He seems to thoroughly enjoy his job and that makes the difference. We are confident that our future servicing needs aill also be met with care and thoroughness.

My wife an I went looking for a new or a good used toyota. I had talked earlier with Joe Day on the phone he was very helpful. I told him what my wife wanted and he came up five or six good choices. when we got to dealership he showed us two we might like he let my wife test drive the two showing her all the features. we then went inside a while they were looking at your car he was very helpful with our questions. After a little negation we got a good deal on new car. everybody was very friedly and helpful.I whould recommend them to all my friends an hope to do more business with them in the future.

I worked with Eric Gaither! He was AWESOME!!!! He is by far the easiest, friendly, professional, and honest car salesman that I have delt with!! Any questions that I had he answered them and if he didnt know he went and found the answer!! I was in and out of the of the show room!! This was my first experience with this dealer and it exceeded all my expectations. There was no high pressure and I was treated with respect. The prep and paperwork were completed in a timely manner. I would go to this dealer again if in the market for another vehicle.

I first started shopping for a Prius in the middle of Sept. I went in and spoke with Chad who was supportive and we took a test drive. He was not pushy as I told him we were waiting for refinancing and would get back in touch. When I did get back in touch, it was with Mike, who took the process from where Chad and I had stopped. I told him what the budget was and what we were looking for. Mike suggested a lease option as a feasible alternative to the direct buying, which would not fit our budget at this time.

Buying a new car can be very confusing and annoying because of the back and forth process that goes on to come to an agreement about a price. Joe made this process less painful than I have experienced in the past. He did not pressure me into a deal. He gave me the space and time to make an appropriate decision. I would buy a vehicle from Joe again. He was polite, patient, and tried to make the best of a process of negotiating that is exclusive to the auto industry and can be very annoying and frustrating.

William was personable and knowledgeable about the models we were interested in. His manner was friendly, enthusiastic and interested. He clearly believes in Toyota products (as do we)and was enthusiastic as well as accurate about their offerings. We leased a new Prius IV at a very good price. The encore was that after we got home, we decided that we should have opted for a higher annual mileage. We called on Monday, and were able to quickly and easily re-write the lease agreement. I would highly recommend Lee Toyota in general, and William Eggleston in particular, to anyone interested in learning about or purchasing a Toyota. My wife, who knows about such things, also pointed out that Jill (the charming and efficient woman who handles financing options)wore extremely nice shoes.

I went into your dealership with medium knowledge of the vechile I wanted. Mike explained everything to me in great details. I also had a specific price in mind of where i wanted to be finacially. He had no problem hearing what i had to say with no "beating around the bush" attitude. Did everything humanly possible to obtain my confidence and trust. He "MADE IT" happen. I appreciate his honesty and respect through the whole process. I never felt pushed or persuaded in any manner. I will highly recommend this dealership to my network of people. The reason I rated this dealership with great on all of the above questions is because of the wonderful experience I received from your sales and general staff at Lee Toyota of Topsham. I worked with Trish Hunter and was a repeat customer from another Sales agent who was no longer there. Trish did all of her homework and treated me with such expertise and courtesy and all at my own pace. She is very knowlegeable of the products offered by Toyota and therefore knew what to show me and how to do so with no effort on my part. I felt as if I received a fair deal and am very very happy with my new Venza! Mike Walker is the ideal salesperson. He is sincere, honest, forthright and conveys a sense of earnestness and integrity. He is almost the total reason for our rating, but we are also appreciative of the fact that the Lee auto group supports Maine Public Radio and Television.
