Will was very supportive of getting me a very reliable,...

Will was very supportive of getting me a very reliable, efficient, perfect fit of a car for me so that I could make it home without push-starting my car after leaving him that day. He got me a car that he just knew would be perfect for me an my needs. I was very surprised that he could even help with finding a car for me or that he was going to treat me like he would with any other customer given how young I am. Also I was very surprised that could drive a car home that day. One thing that I noticed about Will is that everytime he left me for a minute for paperwork or whatnot he made a point to look like he was trying to be quick about getting things done so he could get back to me. I liked that a lot not that he really needed to. At that point he had really helped me out whole lot. Theres a great crew that worked that night, and they all still remember my name! A friend of mine recommended the best place for me to go to have my needs met.

My wife and I visited Lee Toyota looking at new cars. Mr. Eggleston was terrific to work with, and I rate customer service high based on my interaction with him. I have not had a car serviced at Lee Toyota. The Lee Toyota staff were friendly and helpful, which was important, as this is the first new car I have owned. The overall experience was very good, and the folks at Lee Toyota helped with some of the minutae including switching insurance. As for price, Lee Toyota/Mr. Eggleston explained the pricing structure for the vehicle I was interested in (Toyota Prius) and I ended up purchasing the base model (Prius II) based on my need and their recommendations.

i came for a used truck and left with a new 2011 Toyota...

i came for a used truck and left with a new 2011 Toyota Tacoma sr5. They really made this truck affordable for me, although it is a 3 year lease and i had to put ALOT down on it. The guaranteed purchase price in three years is really good. So I will buy it then. Never thought i could have a truck this nice.

Every thing was great! Brian was friendly and very knowledgeable. Everyone involved in this sale was great! From sales to financing it was a good experience. This is our third car that we have purchased through Lee. 2 Dodge and now a Toyota. We would recommend Lee to our friends as well as family. Thanks guys I love my RAV 4 Ali and Renee Bahmani

That I knew William before visiting the dealership was a plus, but I expect that I would have had an excellent experience regardless of that fact. It is clear that this dealership sincerely believes in treating people well. That I bought a car on my first visit is testimony to a job well done!

With the exception of Mike Walker, the sales tactics/traps/practices of this dealership have caused me to walk away from any serious vehicle change considerations (3 or 4 inquiries over 3 years). However - Dan Daigle and his Service Department is OUTSTANDING.

a very good buying experience,all the personal i had to deal with were very knowledgeable or found someone who had the answers. i really felt no pressure to buy just like a friend leading me to find the vehicle i needed.i would highly recommend this dealership to any of my friends, and even after the sale i get contacted to see how everything is going.

This is my third vehicle that I have purchased at Lee and my overall buying experience at Lee Toyota was a pleasure and I would recommend them to all my family and friends. My salesman Mike Walker was very professional and honest with me which is something I look for when buying a vehicle. Mike was very informative and knowledgeable about the 2010 RAV4 that I was purchasing and he answered all my questions. Overall it was a great expierence.

When I first considered trading my 2004 Ford F-250, my wife was in the process of purchasing a RAV4 from another ME dealer. I had decided I needed a slightly smaller truck with better mileage, but with adequate pulling power. I was impressed with the quality and options available on the RAV4. However, I was still not convinced about Toyota trucks. Then a friend helped me haul out a 24' boat using his 2010 Tacoma Sport 4WD and I realized this was the truck for me. After speaking with several ME dealers, I connected with Mike Walker at Lee Toyota. He found me exactly the truck I was looking for at a fair price, with a good trade value. I enjoyed working with Mike and the crew at Lee's. There was no pressure to make a sale. Options were installed quickly and properly. Thanks, guys. The TV was a nice perk, but I would have bought this truck in any case.

Joe was recommended as the 'Rav4 guy' and new his stuff - and has purchased one himself. I liked the low-key approach and I especially liked the fact that he handled the transaction - avoiding the silliness of having the 'manager' get into the deal. The (admittedly short) experience with the service department on my wife's car also helped clinch the deal.
