Standup people. They had a very good selection of cars to choose from, and everyone we met at the dealership was friendly, competent, and treated us with courtesy and respect. My wife and I came all the way from NYC to try to avoid the Tri-State auto buying experience. We felt very satisfied with our purchase, treatment and experience.

The experience of purchasing a new truck from the folks at Lee Toyota was an easy and enjoyable one. I never felt any high-pressure sales pitch, and there wasn't any of the running back an forth to the manager's office to check numbers. I will definitely visit this dealership in the future. This particular purchase was my second from the dealership. I would also like to take the opportunity to compliment the service staff at this dealership. I always had my previous car serviced here, and I received excellent service every time I had to bring the car in. I intend to have my new truck serviced here as well.

I had an awesome experience working with Joe Day!! He was very professional, knowledgable and did not pressure me into anything. I was looking for a Gray RAV4 Sport and he let me know that there was one coming in within a couple days and he would put a hold on it for me. I was very excited and could not wait for it to arrive. It was exactly what I was looking for. That is what Customer Service is all about. This dealership needs more sales people like Joe Day.

I stopped in to talk about leasing a car, and to find out what was involved, since I had never leased a car. William was able to explain the process and described the various cars I might be interested in. I did not have time to drive a car that day but went back several days later and drove both a Prius and a Camry. William was extremely patient and friendly throughout the process, explaining about both cars. I ended up leasing a Camry and am most pleased. However, I did think the final process takes considerably longer than what I felt is necessary. This was not due to William's neglect, but just to the whole process.

About a week ago, I was scheduled for some service on my 1998 Toyota Sienna van. After some discussions with the sales staff at Lee, I cancelled those repairs and within 24 hours became the proud owner of a pre-owned 2007 Toyota Highlander. I want to thank William, my sales rep, and Joe, his manager. I found these sales professionals at Lee Toyota to be extremely helpful in my particular situation, responsive to my current needs and knowledgeable about their products. Our family is enjoying our new vehicle very much and are very satisfied with the choice we made. I am happy I was able to do my car shopping locally and with the same dealer that has been taking care of our cars for 12 years now.

Lee's treated us with great professionalism and made us feel completely at ease, like family. The atmosphere was absolutely top notch, and we felt valued, not only as customers, but as people. Great honest values. We never felt pressured, and the pricing was spot on. We definitely will stay with Lee's and recommend them to our friends and family. A wonderful exerience!

My wife and I had been to several dealers while car shopping over the past month or so and they all fell short on customer service. I called Lee Toyota and talked with Mike Walker and set up an appointment to come in. Right from the start they were wonderful. Joe Day in sales spent a couple hours with us while we decided on a vehicle, he was extremely informative and patient, even with our 6 year old daughter. Joe and Mike in finance came back with a better deal than we expected and 0% interest. When other dealers said we could not get financed Lee made it happen and treated us with dignity. Thanks Joe and Mike!!

I found the salesman to not know his product. I bought a 2010 Highlander, and he could not explain what were the options that came w/the car, or in some instances, could not explain how to set them up. The dealer tried to charge me a $400 fee to p/u a car, which was not disclosed until after I agreed to buy a car. Their excuse for this fee was that I had negotiated a good price for the car and they wanted to pad their profit. Would I buy another car from the dealer: yes, but buyers need to be aware of these things.

The salesman whom I worked with was very kind: William. However, his sales manager (Mike) was very rude: he hung up on me after calling me back and trying to guilt me into purchasing a truck. I was astounded by his lack of professionalism. Additionally, I was assured that the $500 deposit that I placed, on a truck that never arrived, was completely refundable. Two weeks later, the $500 has been charged to our credit card and has not been refunded, forcing me to contact our credit card company to contest the charge. We purchased a new Honda Pilot from a Lee dealership last year and were pleased with our experience. However, after this latest experience, we will never give a Lee dealership our business again.

Great customer service, always willing to look at several options so I was able to determine if I was making the best decision. Quick and painless process, explained everything more than once if necessary. Love the fact that I did not need a co-signer and also 0% interest. Thank you for all of your help.
