I went to LEE Toyota in search of a Corolla or Camry. The LEE team made it their goal to get me into my car at a very reasonable price and the lowest interest rate possible. Being someone who has never bought from a dealership, I was nervous of being taken advantage of. I had a price and finance interest rate in mind before I even began negotiating and LEE was sucessful in meeting my needs. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.

I really appreciated the direct,honest response to my request. I had done my research and been to other dealers. When I told Jill exactly what I was looking for, for how much, she worked with me. This made all the difference and was refreshing. At various times it seems almost all of the team at Lee Toyota helped out. Their cooperative, team spirit was a pleasure to deal with.

Mike (and all of the Lee Toyota staff I spoke with) was extremely attentive and pleasant. Unlike salesfolk at many dealerships, Mike took the time to make sure that everything went well before, during, and after the sale. It's not often that a dealership will check in with you a week later to make sure things are going well with the car and that you're still pleased. It was also a "low-haggle" experience, in part because the price was so reasonable to begin with. All in all, it was a simple, easy process. Thanks!

Lee Toyota went out of their way to make purchasing my new Corolla pleasant and enjoyable. Not only did my sales person Mike Moran make me feel welcome and important, the owner Adam Lee was in the show room and greeted me and listen to my concerns. The closing of my sale was quick and efficient and I look forward to taking my new car back for its regular maintenance.

We were very pleased with the friendly and informative approach of the salesperson and other staff with whom we dealt. Everyone appeared eager to show us the automobiles they had available (both new and used), but there was never a "hard sell" at any time. Documentation of the sale was handled very professionally.

This by far was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Our salesperson, Patricia Hunter, was friendly, courteous and very knowledgable. In August, we were looking for a new Toyota. After...
In August, we were looking for a new Toyota. After contacting Lee, Jill got into touch with us via email and phone, and quoted $X for the model and trim we picked. I replied and suggested the price is beyond my range, but she didn't give an inch over the phone. Later I wrote an email and offered to pay X-1850. I ended my reply email with the line "Please let me know if my offer is acceptable". I thought I had been polite in my reply, but then, I have not heard back from her since that message. It seems that Jill didn't get the email or she didn't like my message. I do recognize that an email can get lost, but almost all dealerships tried to contact me repeatedly even if I choose not to follow up the initial inquiry. So I am perplexed. Initially, I thought my counter offer might be too low and it could be a non-starter. But it turned out, it wasn't. We did get the same Toyota model and trim at another dealership, at exactly $X-1850. So my limited experience with Lee Topsham wasn't the best among my recent communication with many dealers. Maybe it's a one-off thing with Lee Topsham, but I figure it's useful to share, for whatever it's worth.
