Lee Toyota of Topsham

My friend and I purchased our Toyota Tacoma pick-up trucks the end of december at Lee Toyota of Topsham. We dealt with Joe Day. He represented the dealership with profesionalism, knowlege, and sincerity. Thus the truck purchasing experience was actual a pleasurable one (a first for me personally). The only aspect of the truck purchases that wasn't positive was the fact that the dealership didn't fill the gas tanks. We spent over $45,000 yet the dealership refused to fill the gas tanks @ $1.65 a gallon. This made the dealership appear "cheap", not the right place to try and pinch a penny. Other than this it was a very positive experience.

Dan Daigle, Service Manager, treats people like valued customers. Repairs are done quickly and efficiently. The waiting room is pleasant and comfortable. Dan and his team develop customer loyalty. Our interactions have all been positive. As a result, we have recommended Lee Toyota to many friends.

I Have been doing business with Lee Toyota for 18 years and I am very satisfied with their Service Department as well as with their Sales Department. I returned a 2001 Tacoma for buyback from the mfg, and Dan and Eric and everyone at Lee Toyota not only were friendly, they were courteous, efficient, professional, and concerned. I have rarely had such an overwhelmingly positive experience in any commercial setting, but this experience, from the courteous and helpful way I was welcomed, to the dealer providing a truck for me to use, to their facilitating the buyback from Toyota, was uniformly outstanding. When I am next in the market for a truck or car (and my wife and I are faithful Toyota customers), I will without doubt return to Lee.

My second "no pressure" sales experience at this dealership. The purchase process was organized and timely. The service department is a compliment to the sales force-responsive and knowledgable; pleasant yet professional. The staff knows their customers, which adds a nice personal touch instead of get the customer in and out. Service calls are followed-up to endure customer satifaction, and the sale staff does the same.

I found the dealer to be very atentive to our questions and concerns and very forthright in his responses. I never felt pressured and I know he worked hard to find the car that I desired. He was also excellent at explaining how the hybrid works and offered repeatedly to help in the future should I have any questions.

My experience at LEE Toyota has been the most pleasant of ANY AUOT dealer I've ever dealt with in my 61 years. Joe Day had MY best interests at heart when I was looking for a vehicle and the service guys are HONEST! Hard to believe in these days. They've explained ways for me to save money, nt try to fleece me or have my get things done that aren't necessary. I live 60 miles away from LEE. That's got to tellyou something!

I needed a new car and had bought my first car from Lee Toyota years ago. I loved my old car so much that Lee was the first place I went to look. The moment I got there a friendly man came foreword, Ken, and asked if I needed any help. Through the car buying process I did not feel in any way pressured or pushed to buy a car. Ken was personable and honest. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, joking with me and with each other so that it felt like I was truely welcome and working with people who enjoyed their job. I will in future buy my other cars from Lee and ask specifically for Ken. I will (and already have been) recommending him and Lee Toyota to my family. It wasa great, pressure free expierence. This was by far the best experience when aquiring a new vehicle I have ever had. They were very helpful and the finance person explained every number on the lease contract and exactly how they came up with the numbers. I would highly recommend Lee Toyota to anyone I know who is thinking of purchasing a vehicle.

In April 2008, I purchased my third Toyota Camry. This was my first purchase at Lee Toyota in Topsham, which was highly recommended to me by a friend. I have been very pleased with all aspects of the purchase. Joe Day, the sales consultant who worked with me is excellent. He is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. The whole transaction went very smoothly and quickly. Price was settled on, and financing approved in short order. To my surprise, Joe volunteered to deliver my new vehicle to my home, and returned to Topsham with the trade-in. Joe's follow up calls have been appreciated, and he answered any questions I had.
