Joe was very knowledgeable and courteous throughout the selection process of our vehicle. He knows the Toyota product very well did a great job working with us. He made us feel at home, did not push us harder than we wanted and made sure throughout the process and after we bought the car that we were happy.

I went to Lee Toyota on the advice of my son in law.I'm so glad I did!Art found the exact vehicle I was looking to buy.As a business owner,I realize how important customer service is ...I have alredy told many of my customers that Lee Toyota is by far the place to buy your next vehicle.I have purchased many vehicles in my life but have never been treated as well as I was at Lee Toyota.Thanks Art and George...I love my Highlander!

I bought my new Toyota Tundra due to the buy back program...

I bought my new Toyota Tundra due to the buy back program from Rust on my 1999 Toyota Tacoma. They gave me 150% of the Kelly Blue Book value. This was a deal I could not refuse. Although my mind was decided to buy new from Lee Toyota a while back, because of the way my Wife and I are treated by the Service Department. Always friendly, courteous, on-time and smiling. It's always a pleasure to bring our Toyota's there for routine maintenance. The car is always ready when they say it will be ready with no waiting and the free curteous car wash always seems to be perfect timing. My salesman was Joel Turgo, Joel my wife and I seemed to hit it off right from the start. No pressure, take the test drive and go, "I'll see you later", Joel said. We drove the 2008 Tacoma through the country side on dirt roads, the highway and back streets. This was the truck for me. Joel was so nice, he even invited Michelle and I to his summer barbeque. The day of my Birthday on my answer machine was a greeting from Joel, "Happy Birthday Brad!" and when the Lobster Bike Rally in Rockland came close, He called to hitch up with my riding buddies. I don't know to many salesman that would do that. Thanks Joel. I have been a Toyota Truck man since 1994 and will always be a loyal devoted customer. By the way! my wife drives a 2006 Toyota RAV and she loves it. Thanks Lee Toyota.

Trisha Hunter is a friendly and very knowledgeable...

Trisha Hunter is a friendly and very knowledgeable salesperson. Hers is not a "hardsell" approach at all, and so my wife and I felt at ease with Trisha and free to pay several visits to the dealership before deciding to buy our car. I still drop by to get updates on the Toyota line, and I always ask for Trisha. It's been very enjoyable working with her.

I purchased a new 2005 Toyota Corolla from Joe Day. He was polite, knew the product, and handled the transaction and negotiation in a very professional manner. I dislike the typical "car salesman" attitude but Joe proved that he was different by treating me with respect and by making me feel like I got a fair price for a great car.

The services I have received as of this date, 10/20/08,...

The services I have received as of this date, 10/20/08, have been exceptional to all services I have received from all my previous new car dealers. Joseph Day has answered many questions I have had since I acquired my Prius Hybrid November, 2007; and he has been very courteous and gave me the feeling that I as the new car owner count for something. Equally, Dan Daigle has been my man in a pinch when I ran out of gas on a lonely winter road. He has conducted sessions with me and others and has indicated that perhaps an engineer will visit us at Lee Toyota in the near future to teach both Dan and new owners about the Prius Hybrid. The Prius Hybrid is a very techical car and the owner needs lots of help interpreting the elaborate system that governs this car. I intend to obtain all of my services, check-ups.etc. at Lee Toyota in Topsham, Maine, a distance of 65 miles from my home.

My entire experience with the employees of Lee Toyota was amazing. Very knowledgable and friendly sales staff. Being from a much larger city I was surprised to find out I could get a better deal from a smaller dealer without any pressure or gimicks. Small town values are evident at Lee Toyota. I will be back when my wife and daughter are ready for new vehicles. Thanks again. James

We were promptly acknowledged. We stated what we were interested in. Our sales person did not show us cars we had no interest in nor insist on bundling features which we did not want. There was not a lot of back and forth haggling over price and no wasted time. Knowledgable, re: comps to other makes of cars.

I was looking to replace a gas guzzler with a new more...

I was looking to replace a gas guzzler with a new more fuel efficient SUV. After doing my research I went to Lee Toyota for a test drive. Art was great to deal with - very professional, helpful and well versed on the vehicle that I was interested in plus, there was no pressure to buy. I even got the price I wanted! Now that I have the RAV4, I love it and love the fact that both the service and part departments are open on Saturday!

I think Art Fogg did an excellent job. He showed us many cars and was very thorough describing all, and we each got a chance to drive the cars that we were interested in seeing.
