Great service & great price.
My wife & I worked with Mark Langston, I would give him 10 stars five is not enough. I am in sales & was very pleased with the whole process. My wife was in a accident last week & Mark kept asking if he could get her anything to drink & seem to really care. We had a very bad experience at the local honda dealership & what a pleasant suprise after that to be treated so well. I will definitely recommend Baxter Toyota & Mark to my friends & family.

In and out in 2 hours!
Considering I came in just to check out used Prius inventory, the fact that I found a car I love, arranged trade-in & financing, & was out the door in a couple hours was amazing! In the past I have avoided car dealerships like the plague due to manipulative, aggressive tactics. My Baxter Toyota experience (with Brandon Contreras) was a positive one, with professional, respectful service.

Great buying experience!
Wasn't really looking to buy a car that day. But Baxter had the car I wanted & Brandon Contreras had me driving away in my 2015 Prius in just a couple hours. Professional & respectful service across the board!

"Our salesperson went above and beyond !"
I worked for a well-known insurance company in town for 34 years and my last job there, I was a Relations Specialist. In dealing in the Customer Service area, I would have to say that our salesperson, John Loen, at Baxter Toyota was very professional, courteous, knowledgable and above all, very patient. My husband and I were wanting to look at a Highlander and we were greeted by John Loen when we arrived. Not really knowing exactly what we wanted, we had him show us some used ones first, then test drove a new Toyota Highlander. Being Seniors and not experts in technology, John went over the features a couple of times showing us all the bells and whistles of this vehicle. He even ran across a couple of lots to get one of the Highlanders he thought we'd be interested in. I wanted a SUV that would get us around the mountains in Colorado in an upcoming trip and guess what....John had just moved here from Colorado, so he was familar with the places we wanted to visit. What we like best about John was that he wasn't your usual "pushy" salesman and that was what brought us back to him a couple of days later. He found us the Highlander in the color we wanted and with the accessories we wanted, which was more than the contender could do for the price. He even asked if we wanted something to drink and got us a couple of bottled waters. John sent us an email thanking us for our purchase the next day and a couple of days later, called us to make sure we were happy with our purchase and to make sure the SUV was running OK and to see if we had any questions....WOW...what a nice young man!! If you want to buy a Toyota, used or new, see John Loen.....you won't be sorry! We took our SUV in to the service department today at Baxter Toyota to get the front two windows tinted....I have to say this was the best cutomer service department we'd ever experienced. My husband and I used to be "Secret Shoppers" grading big department stores on their employees and the service we received, but I must say....Baxter Toyota has them all beat!! They have great employees and a nice area to wait in while your car is being serviced, with a TV, nice comfortable chairs, donuts, and drink of your choice, tables and chairs and also a nice size playroom for children....very clean (I checked it out, as I might have to bring grandkids with me there someday). We had the courtesy van take us home due to the tinting job taking half a day, so it all dries perfectly. While sitting there enjoying my donut and coffee, I was listening to the servicemen coming in to talk to the customers waiting to have their vehicles serviced and options for fixing them. OMG....what professionals!! They would explain what was covered under warranty and what wasn't. This one serviceman even asked this lady if she recently had a flat tire and drove on it for awhile ... she hesitately admitted she had. He told her they could fix or replace the tire and fix the rim....he gave her the choice, instead of just doing it. These servicemen are so polite and seem to know every detail of their work and parts of these cars, from other conversations I was ease-dropping on. If I was still doing my undercover job as a secret shopper, I would be giving the salesperson, John Loen and this service department an AAA+++++!! While typing this, the courtesy car driver just called and said our SUV was ready and asked what time we would like to be picked up and taken back to Baxter Toyota. These guys are on the ball.

Our salesperson went above and beyond !
