Philip was extremely helpful & kept me apprised along the way. He made sure to personally look at the brake pads, front and rear, on my car. He also advised as to what I should look for as a sign that something might need attending to.

Need to learn more about servicing vehicles I will not bring my car back for service will bring to my own mechanic I was promised 3 oil change only received two they told me I needed a wheel alignment but could not provide proper specs on the alignment lucky for you you are selling the best car on the market but the service stinks

I came in that day to follow-up on services for my air conditioner. The rep assigned to help me the day prior, dropped the ball. Mr. Hopson however, in an effort to compensate, facilitated all my needs.
