The financial department, did a nonsense job. They couldn't find my income sources. Note, I retired from the government job in New York. How to explain this?

It's great. Went in without appointment and the service was fast. The service is excellent

They did not wash my car (I did request it) and there were black fingerprints all over the outside AND inside of my car. There was also an empty water bottle in my cup holder! My seat and steering wheel had been moved. I reported these things to the staff and they said it would take over 30 minutes to get the car washed. I asked if perhaps they could just wipe off all of the black fingerprints but they said “no”. Very poor service 😞

It would be better. If the front desk receptionist / Service area . Little bit more bigger. It's too crowded for 3 or 4 customers . While waiting to be called to talk to the guys inside the office for service. Need improvement .

They wanted remove parts from my car for no reason only want my money I went for oil and filter change and after 4 hour’s waiting they said my caliper are broke liar

The service department has a well organized procedure for check-in for repairs. The staff is very courteous and competent.
