Scheduled Service on Toyota Tacoma

Nalley consistently provides the best service experience I have had in 50 years of driving. Outstanding throughout the whole process. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient. Above all, they are honest and have earned my trust. Steve Manley was my most recent service representative... He was excellent. Thank you.

Great service department!!

I got my oil changed and my tires rotated here. I arrived before my appointment, and they were very good about getting my car in to be serviced fast. The people were all very friendly.

Always easy working with these guys. If I wait, I get free snacks, wifi for working, and a comfortable atmosphere to get something done.

Excellent service !

Marcus took care of me and my Toyota Highlander and I felt that I was a VIP customer. The facility has a coffee bar and plenty of space to work or just sit and read. I definitely will be bringing my HIghlander back for any service needs.

No Taco for you!!!

10/21 - After negotiating a deal on a Tacoma that I just test drove they informed me it was a pre-order and was already sold but they could get one from incoming inventory. 10/32 - They located one for me that was due to show up Dec. 7th. 11/9 - I inquired about the status since Toyota's website now showed it as Dec. 14th and also asked them to check on a VIN I provided to see if they could get it. They explained it was already sold and assured me it would not take that long for my truck to come in. 11/14 - Another week went by and the website showed Dec. 21st. I went in to the dealership to see if we could search for an alternate color vehicle that might be available sooner and was essentially told they were too busy and someone would contact me on Monday. I informed them I had a line on a truck in TN, which they said they couldn't get, but I agreed to wait until Monday and take the risk if this fell through that I stand the chance of loosing the other vehichle. 11/15 - I had a friend in the business on the West Coast pull the details on my VIN and found out the vehicle I had ordered was damaged at the factory. 11/16 - I informed the dealership, via email, of what I had found out and asked if they could provide details on the damage and how it was being repaired. The response I got was absurd. I was promptly informed I should buy my truck from my friend on the West Coast. They provided confirmation the truck had damage, told me that my deposit would be "cheerfully" refunded and informed me that "we think it's best if we part as friends". I noticed the GM was brought into this thread and honestly expected "level heads" to interrupt and work this out. I replied, stating my observations of the transaction so far and ended with a bit of sarcasm. "Please refund my deposit and you can take your toys and go home now." The GM quickly chimed in with "Your refund will be refunded immediately." and wished me a happy Thanksgiving. I have never had this type of response from anyone I have done business with in the past. I assure you all of my correspondences were appropriate and non-threatening in nature. I am level headed and respectful, especially when it comes to business. I'm sure this is an exception but from my experience it doesn't take much effort for this dealership to cut their "gains" and move on to easier sales. 2016 Tacoma's are a hard to get commodity right now and apparently a handful of correspondence between customer and dealer and it's no longer worth the aggravation of dealing with. If you're in the market you'll probably be better served by other dealers in the area. Not the "World Class Experience" they strive for. Kenny

Professional, friendly and honest staff.

After locating the vehicle we wanted on your online site, Stacey walked us through the test drive and buying process with an honest, no pressure approach that concentrated on our needs. Additionally, Mike was excellent describing our financial options and answering our many questions. Although the day was long due to the unexpected customer volume, our experience with the staff was great and we are extremely happy with our purchase.

Great service!

I had a PERFECT car buying experience with Danny Bustos (sales) and Jason Cruz (financing) on 11/13/2015. I found the car that I was looking for online and called late in the evening approximately 1 hour before closing time. Danny agreed to see me and show me the car even though I would be arriving close to closing time. Danny was AWESOME in person, showed me the car, answered all of my questions (and some I hadn't even thought of) and got me into the exact car I wanted. Jason was also AMAZING, getting me the finance terms that I was looking for. The dealership closes at 8:00 pm, but both gentlemen stayed until nearly 10pm to complete all of my paperwork and get me out of the door...maintaining an awesome attitude throughout the entire process. I am VERY happy with the service that I received and plan on recommending them to my friends and family in the area who are in the market for a new vehicle.

Excellent Dealership to buy a New Car

After searching for the Toyota Camry with the right options and packages for 2-3 weeks at other area dealerships, I was very happy to find an excellent Toyota dealership in Nalley Toyota of Roswell. I bought the car on my first visit at this dealerships after many visits at other dealerships. The Sales Advisor Kevin Smith was exceptional. He worked with me on the price without ever being pushy and yet presenting convincing options. After a day or two, I was still very happy with the price and process and that was mostly due to Kevin Smith's good sense and mindset of sending out a a happy customer and yet meet the financial needs of the dealership. Kevin Smith was also very helpful after the sale delivering the car to my home (a good distance) and helping with familiarizing my wife with features of the car. He was open to answer further questions if we needed his assistance. I must also mention than Jason Brown, the sales manager, and Mike Hecht, finance, were very cordial and helpful.
