Kebba may be new to the dealership but if it were not for him I would not have purchased a Toyota. I was leaning toward Hyundai and Honda but he was just so kind and helpful that I convinced my husband to purchase from him. My husband hates car dealerships but he was actually enjoying his time waiting for the financing to go through. The guys have a comradery and team spirit that makes you feel like they are enjoying their jobs and it makes for a nice environment. Jason Cruz and Danny both went out of their way to make our purchase go smoothly. I will be back to purchase another car for my son in the next few months.

A shrewd and knowledgeable friend researched salespeople and dealerships for me to buy from in 2013. This is my second consecutive new car purchase with Richard Wong at Nalley Toyota of Roswell. He explained and listened well, just as he did when I bought here before. I appreciate how rapidly the purchase was handled and completed. Chip (I don't know his last name) in the finance department was great, too. Even though I live and work closer to at least one other Toyota dealership, I like Nalley Toyota of Roswell and will continue to come here for service with Derrick Howard, who always looks out for my interests. I plan to stay with the Prius model and I'll probably get my next one here, too. Highly recommended.

I knew the exact car I wanted and needed to be purchased by my wife’s LLC. We chose the Highlander Limited AWD and Allen worked patiently with us to locate the car at the price we wanted. He exceeded all expections as he immediately secured 2 other assessories and even installed them personally. He explained everything about the car with my wife. He was a real pleasure to work with and I will continue to do business with him. He made a tremendous difference! Allen also introduced me to Angel, his service advisor. I’m now having my Lexus GX 460 serviced here as Angel has become a trusted advisor! Winston was gracious to work with my wife test driving the car we purchased. A great team!

Allen went aboye and beyond to get me into the car that I wanted. The world needs more salesmen like him. Very polite, attentive, friendly and extremely helpful. Could not be more grateful for him. Great experience. I was educated coming in and knew what I wanted. I had loan in hand and they found a better one for me. Test drove the car and had a look around, no pressure from salesman, but was helpful in explaining all the parts on the hybrid car and of the certified Toyota cars. Finance employee also nice and helpful in explaining all of the details of the loan and suggested things but again was not pressuring, but informative in the products. Overall great experience.

This dealership was a pleasure to buy from. Friendly, no hard sell pressure and our salesman, Winston Peters was great. He gave me many options, was patient and I recommend that if you are interested in looking at this dealership for a vehicle, ask for Winston!
