I have purchased several vehicles Gerald Jones' Auto Group and have always had a great experience. Their sales, service, and finance teams have always been top notch. I highly recommend buying a vehicle and/or servicing a vehicle through their dealership. My Sales Rep was excellent. I highly recommend him. I wish I could remember his name. I purchased exactly what I wanted.

I was speaking with Logan Pettit the internet manager, this past week and if I could do the top negative rating that is what I would give Gerald Jones Honda of Augusta. I don't know if Logan was just skimming his messages from me but he would ask me questions that I had just answered. Then after I sent in my financial application he asks for my driver's license and then says let them see what they can do. Then about 4 or 5 seconds, yes, seconds he said they are not willing to work with you. He was cold and it was clear to me he never even asked the financial department anything. I understand he just saw me as a dollar sign and not an actual human being which made me sick. Be careful Augusta who you do business with. Gerald Jones anything especially Honda is off the table for me. Please do better on you people skills, thanks.

Customer service was great. Purchased a beautiful used vehicle but buyer BEWARE. Make sure you get your vehicle checked out by another mechanic to make sure that the price you pay is what the car is worth. I have had to make several repairs within the first 3 months 😟

Con Men? Purchased a new vehicle in January 2025. When presented with the final agreed upon price I notice the price is not what they quoted me. So they lowered the price (Sales Representative Mitchell Anderson and his Manager Robert Law), but it's still way above the agreed upon price. They added $4,500.00 to the final sales price and when confronted they knew they were caught. Because they work in tandem and take each agreed upon price paperwork back and forth you cannot retain the proof of their scam. I ended up buying the vehicle less than the original agreed upon price because they knew they were caught. Look at your paperwork closely! I gave 2 stars because they have a great selection of cars and I was able to come out ahead because of their crookedness.

At 51 this was the best customer service and most convenient automobile purchase I’ve ever had. Due to my work schedule, Daryen Amaker( sales consultant), Melissa Gardner ( financial) and Wayne Jackson (sales Manager) worked with me by text , email and phone to gather information so I just had to review and sign. This was not a new car that was 60k to 80k purchase but you would have thought it was, it was a used 2022 and half of that, which also says a lot about the priorities of what matters to this dealerships and family whom started it.

10000000/10 for Tanner Leathers. He was the best salesman I've ever dealt with. He got me in a 2025 Honda Civic with a nice out the door price! I couldn't thank him enough.

i went through kelly blue book instant cash offer to sell my vehicle, which you basically ignored. I worked with Tyler who at the time seemed nice and knowledgeable. I wasn't provided with a copy of the contract, which raises concerns about transparency. 3 years ago we purchased a brand new Honda civic sport for my son and had an excellent experience. But now we can no longer recommend you in good consciousness knowing the deceit. As an ethical business professional, honesty should be a top priority. Transparency and honesty do matter much more than you think. Hopefully in the future you won't be deceitful to others that actually held your company in high regards. I was offered 7900 to start with and you lowered it to 6500 and did not even replace the dash screen. I still do not have a copy of any paperwork either. I was made to believe that you honestly couldn't do anything about the screen ,that it had to be replaced and that you were being honest about the prices. And to both accounts, you were not. From what i can tell you cleaned the vehicle and that was all. The car is on the lot for sale with the same broken dash screen in it at this moment.

$700 fake fee, plus $500 proc fee, plus price of car. Warning to all, they do not list in their fine print they have a $700 fee on all used cars for a tracker. So, if you're interested in a car here due to an appealing price, just know it will be $1200 more before you even think about taxes, warranties or anything else. You will be laughed at when asked why, or if the price can be worked on. Me and some friends came to look at a used Toyota Corolla today, we spoke with Donald Ivey. From the start it was infuriating as a prior salesman, as Don didn't even bother to introduce himself until 25 minutes in as we were walking outside, no handshake, how are you, or anything just a "have you spoken to anyone else", while walking around randomly ignoring us for the first 25 minutes. Oh well, no big deal, but he also lied to us multiple times, once sating he had keys to the car, and then 5 minutes of waiting later saying some random other salesperson actually had them, so he didn't have the keys all along... while we were waiting... Again harmless, but why lie and say you have them in the first place? Just odd. For 16 years in, he didn't seem to want to sell a car, he had us go on the test drive alone, without bothering to tell us about the car, or show it to us. Just handing the keys over and walking away. The car itself was nice, it had a few scratches, and a cracked windshield, what you'd expect for a 52k mile vehicle (it is a 2022 so only a year old), but overall, it was a good deal. Until... They informed us that they have a $700 tracking fee, in which cannot be removed on top of their $500 proc fee which are both non-negotiable. And to current active military members, we don't exactly want trackers on our stuff let alone our vehicles. When asked about it, they basically said too bad, it gets put on every single vehicle, you have to pay it and we won't remove the tracker or fee. Which was fine, until their version of working with us was a few hundred dollars off... The car brand new was sold for $20,800 (we know this as they left a previous customers personal information in the glove box with the original sales contract from when it was brand new with 8 miles), they were trying to sell it to us for $21,700 with 52,000 miles... (Don also took high offense when told they had left said information in the car, as it had private information such as the customers home address, he responded stating that's not his fault and not his problem... I hope that's not how my information would be handled...). When we asked if the price could be worked on, we were under the impression the car was still online for 20,500, we did not know it had been discounted to 19,900 online at this time, and Don literally said, for your service we will work on it and maybe get it down to 19,9... If you are now selling the car for 19,9 online, feels a little shady and disappointing to just use that as a "Military discount"... It took us around 30 minutes just to get a price break down, in which they took away immediately after, not being able to see again until another 20 minutes later. Obviously, it's not a "Good deal" like they kept telling us if their too scared to even leave the paper on the desk. Honestly just disappointing, expected better from such a large dealership, we were ready to purchase a car, for pretty much exactly what they were asking, until they through some random huge fee at it. I will say the sales manager who came over was very nice, straight to the point, and said he just wasn't able to work with us. I would have left it there, and accepted that it just wasn't meant to be, if Don had not been so careless. But overall, the whole experience was unpleasant. Did not feel as though we were treated like customers whose business was wanted, I would not recommend others shop here.
