Everyone is super friendly. When I walk in im always greeted with smiles, which to me means the employees are all being treated well. I recently totaled my van that I financed from John l Smith and as a single mother of five who works 45 mins. Away from home n works to raise five children as a single mother I needed a vehicle fast n a reliable one I called to tell john that I had a bad accident and wouldn't be able to get to work because I had no running vehicle not because I was hurt but my van was That very afternoon I was in a rental that was much newer than the van I was purchasing beautiful well running 2013 car fully gassed and ready to go when I arrived to pick it up and they helped me deal with my insurance company who had been giving me the run around. Not even two weeks later im in a newer van still affordable and hand selected for me by john. I financed from another place that sold me a nice looking body van with junk under the hood and ruined my credit john l smith has given me faith again that there are honest good reliable used vehicles out there and i recommend this dealer to every and anyone I hear looking for a vehicle.

Great service. Jeff, John and Jim helped me through a very trying time after my car was deemed a total loss. Jeff first assured me that getting a car would be no problem even with my recovering credit score. That was awesome. He was right. John set up my loan paper work and Jim helped change over mt insurgence to the new car. It was painless and quick. Everyone was very, very helpful and nice to work with.
