I arrived at 7:45 the dealership was spotless, friendly, accommodating The professional employees offered me coffee while waiting for my ride. The newspaper was there for me to read It was a total relaxing experience in my crazy and stressful world.

Great Car Buying Experience
I Recently purchased a 2014 CPO Audi At Hoffman of New London. Peter DeVylder did a great job explaining the attributes of the car. Bob Cope and Peter worked closely with me in my trade in ... 2 cars! I never felt pressured or intimidated throughout the deal. Highest level of service at Hoffman Audi
The people at Hoffman Audi, New London are great. They are fast and professional, and do a great job on my car. They take service to a new level, I recently got my A5 back from service and saw a pair of black Oakley sunglasses on the passenger seat. At first I thought the technician had left them, then I realized they were a pair I thought I lost two years ago! They must have been somewhere in the car, and the service guys found them and put them on my seat. Its the small details that the guys at Hoffman Audi do that make the difference.

All very professional but yet not above you, personnel. Good follow up by salesman and sales manager. Very comfortable experience in all aspects of the purchase routine. Would recommend Peter as a knowledgeable sales rep.
