Very friendly service department
Very friendly service department and efficient. Took my Audi Q5 in for the 1 year service and waited for it in the service area. I waited about 1 hour and they even changed my windshield wipers as a courtesy (which I thought was so nice). I would recommend Hoffman Audi for service to all my friends

Sean at Hoffman New London
Had a ACC Audi break assist unavailable pop up on my 2016 A6. ( That’s never good) Brought it to Sean at Hoffman Audi New London. Sean got me in the next day with loaner while my car was down. The Hoffman tech took the time to diagnose the issue and found a vacuum leak. All fixed for one hour Labor. This is the service I have come to expect from Hoffman Audi in New London.

We were welcomed into the Audi family which is truly a family on the day we walked into the Hoffman dealership. The process of getting our RS3 was daunting but everyone at Hoffman was up to the task. On the day our RS3 arrived James called and hashed out all the details with my wife, Amy, while I was at work. That afternoon we officially became Hoffman Audi/ Audi family members.
