Thank you very much Vas Hronas for the outstanding service we received with the 2023 X3 purchase this past Saturday. We met you back in February and we remained loyal to you while we traveled for a few months and relocated in Irvine this month and you remained loyal to us in delivering A+ service. As you know this is my seventh BMW - starting with the 1999 M3 that year and all financed through BMW Financials and most importantly this is Apple’s first and her dreaming in owning a BMW has come true. We appreciate loyalty and BMW has now reached my 25years Club alongside with Amex, JP Morgan, Marriott and Ritz Carlton. We consider BMW the “Ritz Carlton of autos” and your service aligns with this special brand.

Loaner gas thieves
Irvine BMW service is horrible. they give you a loaner and when you return it , the attendant looks at the car, checks everything out, but 2 days later, you get a gas bill for $100. which is for 5 gallons of missing gas. Only if it was true. shouldn't they tell you, while you are there, instead of confirming car is. This is called stealing to put it simply.

Painless Buying Experience
Best car buying experience ever. My Client Advisor was Renzo Montoya and he made the car purchase as easy as possible. Bought an m240i. Now this model is quite rare and allocations among dealerships are low. I asked for a fair deal and Renzo got me one, even in this crazy market. No crazy markups, secret add ons, or shady tactics. Sold a vehicle with a voided warranty
This dealer sold a vehicle while concealing information that later caused a voiding of the factory warranty due to "DME tampering" that had catless downpipes installed without disclosing it. Irvine BMW took in F90 M5 on lease return which I then purchased thereafter. I later found out they flunked the vehicle from the CPO program because they discovered the vehicle had been subjected to performance tuning. They kept this information to themselves and failed to make it clear to prospective buyers or report their findings to BMW of North America until after I paid full market value for the vehicle and had it trucked to me half way across the country. The M5 was unloaded off the transport truck running moderately rough at idle, and would misfire badly under any load at all resulting in a drivetrain malfunction and engine output hindered so severely the vehicle was unsafe to drive. After having the vehicle checked out it was obvious why, it was due to coolant spilled in the injector/coil wells of cylinders #3/4 due to a sloppy top off of the low pressure cooling system for the charge air cooling. Not long after I purchased it BMW of North America was finally told about the information Irvine BMW had known for months and BMW NA responded by voiding the factory warranty on the vehicle due to the performance modifications Irvine BMW documented it was subjected to while out on lease. I would have -NEVER- purchased the car at all, much less at full market value if Irvine BMW had been honest when selling the vehicle and disclosed they knew the vehicle was a ticking timebomb. Now I have a car with a voided warranty, that god only knows who tuned it and what was done to it, because Irvine BMW willfully concealed this information to secure the best sale price possible. When questioned on this matter they refused to go on the record and the individual I was speaking with that stated what and when they found what they did was no longer available. I opened an investigation with BMW of North America who found Irvine BMW failed to report the data of relevance in a timely manner, and while they expressed understanding for the situation, they affirmed they would not lift the voided warranty as the vehicle was tampered with. In the end I was out a considerable sum of money to repair a vehicle I had just paid nearly $90k for that was unloaded off the transport truck with two dead cylinders. I had to replace 2 fuel injectors, 2 ignition coils and all 8 spark plugs to get it running properly again.
