I’ve been bringing my Escape here for service for years. Excellent service every time!! Shout out to Denise (quick lane) and Ryan (service advisor) who always make my experience excellent. Lets not forget the technicians who’ve worked on my vehicle- Thank you for a great job too!

The service department is excellent- courteous and professional. The work was done in a timely manner and the staff explained everything without being condescending. I will definitely return for future services!

Salesman was professional and at delivery car orientation was informative and excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Van Bortel to anyone looking to buy or lease.

They seem to have a hard time keeping commitments on timing with regard to vehicle readiness for pickup (new vehicle) and service (after sale). When calling, there was a game of finger pointing. None of this was horrible, just unprofessional and wasting my time. New vehicle customer, treated kinda like old news. Probably similar to any dealers these days.

Going back to a Ford after a 3 year lease with a different brand was made very easy with Van Bortel Ford. The only issue was getting an inspection on a lease return from the 3rd party. There was a F150 on the lot with all the options we wanted. And the tech guy Yan broke down all the thing of ma jigs & gadgets so an older person understands. Thank you to the Kitty family for making us feel like we’re part of it.

Fourth new vehicle I've ordered through this dealership, and each time there was never any high pressure, hidden costs/fees, or misleading pricing. Sales staff is always friendly and very helpful. Communication from Claxton was timely. Get all my servicing done there. Highly recommend.
