Ongoing oil consumption issue has been a challenge to address. The TSB software update and new oil indicator provided by Ford have been implemented and oil consumption will be monitored to determine if the engine oil consumption on my truck has been reduced.

Made an appointment, they got me scheduled in two days since I needed a loaner. Dropped the car off on my way to work, was given a loaner car that was clean and full of fuel. Called me less Then 6 hours later to tell me my car would be in for a while. Fixed my car in less than a week and everything is good. Couldn’t ask for more.

Had an appointment at one o’clock. Service was completed quickly. Would recommend them for service. Service staff was friendly and courteous. Would use them again.
