I was very pleased with service. Courteous service....

I was very pleased with service. Courteous service. Waiting area is very comfortable. Service rep, Frank Capaldo was excellent. He kept me well informed in a kind and courteous manner.

My front brakes were very bad

Always a pleasure when I drop off my vehicles before work. Porters are always friendly and remember me! The Service Advisors are the best, not to mention the techs are also the best! I wouldn't bring my cars anywhere else!

Replaced broken and leaking valve stem

Was able to drive in without an appointment. Although a bit of a wait, the job was done professionally and reasonably priced. Worth the wait!

Oil indicator installed per Ford TSB

Ongoing oil consumption issue has been a challenge to address. The TSB software update and new oil indicator provided by Ford have been implemented and oil consumption will be monitored to determine if the engine oil consumption on my truck has been reduced.

First time in for service since purchase

Made an appointment, they got me scheduled in two days since I needed a loaner. Dropped the car off on my way to work, was given a loaner car that was clean and full of fuel. Called me less Then 6 hours later to tell me my car would be in for a while. Fixed my car in less than a week and everything is good. Couldn’t ask for more.
