Fixed operations Director has less experience than any of the Service or Parts Managers, but thinks he's reinventing the wheel. He's got the group owner... fooled and unfortunately the staff is aware and afraid to speak up.

I had a good experience. The representative that help me was very helpful and seems to care for my needs and not the himself. He (Mike) understood what... I needed and my budget which was one of my biggest issues. After one week, I had a few questions and text him, not only did he answer me back but incurage me to do so if there was another issue. He was always very polite and proffesional. I thank him.

I live 4 miles from another Nissan Dealership and about 15 miles from another one. I have gone to this dealership 40 miles away for the past 3 car purchases.... Spoke with them on the phone first and did what they could over the phone - scheduled an appointment - got there at 1 pm and out by 3:30 with a new car - the hold up was actually getting the car cleaned and gassed up. We worked with 4 different employees from start to finish and they were all very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to deal with. Would not go to any other Nissan Dealership

Don't believe anything that they tell you. Make sure that everything that you asked for is in the contract before you sign. I gave one because they don't... have any minuses let alone zeros.
