I drive by Mr Cars Auto Sales often, but never gave a thought to stopping in until a good friend told me that they were very reasonable people to work with. As a younger driver, it is not always easy to walk into a used car dealership because there is always someone who thinks they can take advantage of me. On my way home one day, I decided I would take my good friend's advice and check them out. I was very surprised to find that the people here seemed to be quite honest and sincere. I was looking to trade in my car on a newer model and they did not insult me with some crazy offer. It really made my day to find there are car dealerships that are actually honest about what they are doing.

joe was our salesman and with our pressure and without being pushy he sold us a Hyundai. He encouraged us to take it for a test spin and then allowed us to take the car for two hours so we could get additional feedback from other family members. He was honest about issues when we originally looked around, listened to our needs and didn't waste our time. He showed us everything we needed and was fun in the process

Bill did an awesome job to help me update my Mercedes-Benz model. I traded in my old car with a fair price and got a dream car(ML350). The whole process takes three hours. It's a very impressive experience.
