Terrible.

Terrible. Poorly run business. Save your piece of mind and don’t buy a car at Cactus Auto but if you do stay away from my salesperson- Eddy Parra They do lot care about the customer at ALL. If you buy a car from them, they will it return phone calls or emails. They don’t do what they say and every word you hear in their voice message is false. I unfortunately was helped by probably the worst salesperson- Eddy Parra. He’ll kiss your #%$& all the way till you sign the contract and then you no longer matter. As far as the staff, CEO, Sales Manager, Operations Manager you lack courage to do the right thing and definitely are not honorable as you have not made this a good experience. I have to engage to get get an answer, you are all cowards to not return phone calls for a customer with safety concerns about the vehicle YOU sold me. You stole thousands of dollars from a hard working single dad, US Navy (Ret) customer. I take some ownership because it is a used vehicle but what a disgrace you are Xander (CEO) to run a company in this manner. I would bet a 100% that you would not let any of your family or friends buy a vehicle from your salesperson’s. Unless you made sure that vehicle is safe and ready for driving. Xander (CEO) Get you head out of and take care of your employees that are trying to take if the customer and get rid of those employees that are only there for a paycheck. It shows and your customers are not happy. (Jake in the service department has been helpful- good job Jake).

The worst I’m a first time buyer eddy parra sold me a ram

The worst I’m a first time buyer eddy parra sold me a ram warlock 2020 and the clearly screwed me over they sold me a warranty that cost 3500 to not work for my transmission hey Xander Swartz and eddy Parra thanks for ruining my experience now I’m a 20 year old trying to pay a 30k truck that doesn’t even work

typical used car dealer. not return customer

kind of sneaky I verbally spoke for a car on 1 21 23.the car was not ready because it need some things done first. paid for it on 1 23 23Monday car not ready untill Friday the 27th now they tell me the clock stated for the 15 day return on the 21st even though the temporary tag is dated the 27th . will keep car anyway. but probably not a return customer

Great place to sell your car!

This was our first visit to Cactus Auto. We were selling our car. We got a quote online. When we arrived for the appraisal, they checked out our car, confirmed the info we’d given them online and issued a check. All in 30 minutes. It was the best auto experience we’ve ever had. Thank you Vander and Cactus Auto for being so easy to work with. We’ll tell all our friends about our great experience.

Let's Make A Deal!!

Bought a used 2003 Saturn. The paperwork had wrong color, and the car was running good with exception of beeping sound that kept going on and off every other minute. We told Julian and he said it would be taken care of by friday. We came back up friday because nobody would give info over phone. We got their told us it couldn't be fixed computer problem. Wouldn't let us see the car it was nowhere on lot. Service told us they fixed it and sold it to someone else, after we had signed papers and gave cash. Shady as can be the sales person sold to a regular shopper of his for more money. I wonder if the owners of Cactus Auto know how much illegal contracts are being done. This is the most dishonest place in town. Several other things happened that were so illegal, I wouldn't be surprised if someone didn't check it out. If you want to get lied too or treated bad, this is place to go. Don't leave without checking vehicle and don't give them money till your sure not being taken advantage of, especially when the person you have with you is a certified mechanic who just looking at car told you what's wrong. So make sure you don't let this happen to those that are close. I initially purchased the car but it got up and walked away.

Very good experience

Julian Campbell assisted me immediately. I told him what I was looking for and he graciously pointed me in the direction of the vehicle, while he went to retrieve the keys. I was smitten at first sight and took the vehicle home the same day and completed the sale 2 days later. It was all painless and they met all my needs. Very happy with my car buying experience.
