I took my Lexus in for the 45,000 mile service and had the service package explained to me in great detail. They package was also adjusted very easily as I had recently purchaes the vehicle and most of the items were already taken care of. They listened to my concerns regarding air leaking from my right rearwheel tire and patched the tire saving time and money. I was also surprised to they offered a complementary wash and vacuum.
