Had to ask for better detail and got no explanation or help setting up dash systems.

Was told the repairs possibly needed would require over

Was told the repairs possibly needed would require over $700 in diagnostic fees just find out what needs to be done that none of the repairs after that would be covered under warranty. Was recommended to contact my insurance company to file a claim. Went to Ferman Ford of Clearwater and they diagnosed and repaired everything for $0 under warranty. I will not be utilizing my free oil changes at Port Richey Ford or returning for any services, including purchasing another car.

Both Brayan and the manager Michael C.

Both Brayan and the manager Michael C. were extremely courteous. They worked very hard with me over a number of days to make me feel good about the deal I was receiving. The finance/lease gentleman Andrew was simply fantastic. I was treated very well and I’m extraordinarily happy with my vehicle. Mike checked in on me a few days after my purchase as well. Excellent team. Hope to lease from them again in future.

Great experience with this dealership again.

Great experience with this dealership again. This is my 2nd car purchased with Ford of Port Richey. Kendall Clark was very helpful through out the process. My wife and I were there way past closing time, Kendall stayed at the dealership till I was done with all my paperwork and purchasing my expended warranty.

Bought a used 2023 vehicle and the whole experience was painless and pressureless! Josh was awesome…patient and very helpful. Finance guy was a pleasure to work with even though we were tough on him 😂 Totally Recommend! Awesome experience from start to finish!

Best buying experience ever. Sales person, Ryan, helped me find exactly what I was looking for and worked with me on the pricing. Ryan also helped with questions days after I made the purchase. It really helps to have a sales person who knows the product.
