Something fishy is going on at this dealership. Wouldn't be surprised if the salesperson bought the vehicle out from under me. They play games. Never again.

Car buying experience
Chad was very helpful and informing. He was even willing to take time to show me how to drive a manual. Most importantly he and the manager for me a GREAT DEAL involving them getting me at a satisfying monthly payment. If you haven't come to Nalley in Smyrna, you're missing out. I recommend this to anyone who's trying to buy the car they want with a great deal!

First Rate Outfit.
This dealership has a great service culture. I cannot say enough good things about Chad Douglas who helped us through our latest purchase. He is a gentleman, honest and goes way above and beyond to get things done. The finance people were friendly and helpful as well. We had an unusual challenge because of a fraudulent attack on our credit but Chad and the team navigated the issue and got things done. Bill Waibel the GM also moved a mountain to help us. It is no wonder the place runs so well with his leadership. We now have 3 Lexus vehicles in our family and Nalley takes care of all of them perfectly. Their service department is first rate as well. I guess the best compliment is that you can trust them. Thank you Chad!

feel ripped off
Will not take car back. Less than 124,000 miles and they want $9,550 for repairs.They have worked on car all these years and not do this.

Overall a good experience
I think Chad Douglas was a pleasure to work with and he was nice enough to actually pick the car up from my office to take it back to get tire sensors that were unable to be placed on my LC 500 as it was very late and the dealership was closing when I bought the car. I was a bit put off which has NOTHING to do with Chad as I felt a bit blindsided and felt a lot of upselling went on after the monthly price was given to me once I was sent back to the finance department with warranties,etc that really pushed up the price monthly note seemingly disproportionately more than what was quoted to me with Vic who apparently no longer works there when I called a week ago. Chad is professional and courteous and he appears to be a stand up guy. He's also extra helpful about questions I 've had post sale and any questions I might have about this high tech vehicle I obtained from this dealership. I do think as with most dealerships you have to be willing be ready for the games from the front to the back that will be played and especially to be extra watchful when it's late and you've been there for hours and you're tired and the dealership is closing. It was the December to Remember and i'm still not quite sure if I got the deal I expected based upon what was quoted on the internet and my credit rating which is excellent and should have been a top tier.

problem not resolved
I bought a used car. Discovered it had Hail damage. Contacted dealer and was told Bill would help. Nada. Stonewalled me all the way. Please be careful when buying there
