Worst customer service ever!!

Came to sell a car. Horrible customer service. They did not answer any of my questions or concerns. Gave us the runaround. Will not be coming back.

Saw the car on the website. Transferred from another Carmax location without any hassle. Process at the dealership was professional.

NO HAGGLE PRICE but HAGGLE HONESTY (FAKE SPECS)

My wife and I purchased a car from this store on 07/30/2014. Next day, we have noticed some problems with a vehicle. Our biggest concern was back up sensor was not operating. A BACK UP SENSOR IS very important option for my wife and we specifically purchased a vehicle that has this option and paid what they were asking without the HAGGLE. We took our car to the service center on 08/01/2014 and told them that BACK UP SENSOR is not working. 11days later, when we went back to pick up the car, the service agent told us that this car does NOT have BACK UP SENSOR. What about the sticker that says it does? what about the online ad that says it does? what about the sales man who confirmed that it does? and NO HAGGLE PRICE that we paid for? Sales man and the Sales manager had a quick meeting, try to sell us another car for $3000 more. We refused, then they told us to JUST RETURN THE CAR AND WALK. We spent hours to finish this purchase, purchased an insurance for the car, ran the credit checks, gave up on other 2 cars that we were interested in from other dealers.... return the car and walk? What a simple solution!! NO HAGGLE PRICE BUT HAGGLE HONESTY AND FAKE SPECS (BUT IF YOU FIND OUT, THEY WILL TELL YOU TO RETURN AND WALK) PLEASE be aware of this when you are about to go purchase a NO HAGGLE PRICE BUT HAGGLE OPTION store called CARMAX.

Good for buying cars, not so good for maintaining.

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!
