The experience with the dealership was great. Ruby was very responsive to all my needs. I did have to wait close to an hour before driving vehicle off the lot as documents to sign weren't ready. A text stating that I should arrive an hour later would have been helpful.

Friendly. Helpful. Nice snacks! Pleasant waiting area. Concerns addressed. Restrooms immaculate! Only improvement I would like is car should be completely wiped dry after washed because it dries with white drippy spots. Especially unattractive on a black car!
