Calling this service visit exasperating is an understatement. Poor communication an inordinate amount of time for service to be completed and a duplicate billing issue causing my checking account to be overdrawn all add to a F grade for Mini of Ramsey and Sean Bermudez. Plus I was stuck with two finance contracts due to his error. Have to do better Sean.

Sean was amazing - really great communicator, super nice. Service seemed slow - not Sean, but back in the garage - I didn't get a video link until an hour after I was there, which makes me think that's when it starter. It was 3.5 hours for two items, which killed me. But nothing to do with Sean.

Not good. Someone went through my center arm rest and stole money and a gift voucher. I have tried to contact the service manager. Left messages and have got no response. Service on car was good
