Gordon replied to my message quickly and answered all my questions with all the details and facts I request. Upon arrival for a test drive we were welcomed into the lobby feeling no pressure or urgency from any of the salesmen trying to force us into purchasing a vehicle. After test driving and selecting the perfect vehicle for my family from their vast inventory financing was a very quick and painless process. Car had a final look over from their mechanic and we were on our way in no time.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM PROFESSIONAL AUTO!!!!!!! I have waited to post this review after about 8 months of owning my 2015 Chevy Cruze it has been nothing but a terrible experience. Within the first 30 minutes of me owning the car it would not start at a gas station. after that I went into their shop on multiple occasions to have it worked on but always left with a check engine light coming back on. They buy all of their inventory from auctions. At this point the car has a anti-freeze leak, needed new spark plugs, oil leak, oil housing cooler leak, catalytic converters need replaced. They did not speak to me about MY car but instead would talk to my boyfriend like he purchased it. Shady business. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Best place in Fort Wayne Indiana to buy a car and get repairs. Wonderful family owned business and they treat everyone like family. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
