The service was spot on.
The service was spot on. I got there a few minutes before my appointment and they got me checked in right away. I was told it would take about four hours or more. But they were able to get my truck out in about an hour and a half. Jeff and the mechanic were great. Two thumbs up.

Jan Martin was fantastic for my 60k miles service on our Sienna. She’s direct, quick, clear and to the point. Excellent service, and they turned it around pretty quick. The atmosphere at the dealership as you wait is very good. Able to work while waiting, with coffee and some drinks.

Dealer used our private address for unauthorized delivery
Dealer used our private address for unauthorized delivery of a transaction without any consent from the property owner. Vehicle is blocking our driveway and there were no documents or anything stating the owner of the vehicle or anything related to the vehicle. We have escalated the complaint to the TxDMV enforcement department and Texas attorney general’s office for such unethical business practices.

Very very bad business. Scam artist. They don’t disclose any issues with vehicles. Then refuse to fix them. Salesmen and finance are bad, sleaze xxxxx. Stay away

Very disappointing to say the least.
Very disappointing to say the least. Bought a 2019 BMW from Luis Rengifo and since we left the driveway it has been nothing but a lemon car. There was a malfunction that came on right when we left and they said it was just a small part and mailed it to us. We trusted them and turns out it wasn't even close. The sunroof had a leak that corroded all the insides and so that is why the malfunction came on and the speakers for voice and Sos amongst other items didn't work. Because we took it in so early the extended insurance didn't cover it (said it was preexisting) Called the dealer and they didn't care. Since then one thing after another. Radiators, hoses, oil. This list goes on and on. Never trust them or buy a vehicle from them ever. So frustrating.

They sold me a LEMON!

This may be a while. If I could NOT give a star, I would. This is the first time I EVER in my years purchased a toyota. The experience with the salesman was good, he was knowledgeable about the vehicle no issues there. I feel like as soon as you sign the last page is when the customer service goes OUT the window. 1st lets start with week 4 for my registration. I called the front office to ask about them and the girl told me that "Yea, it takes 3-6 weeks and you'll get a post card in the mail and a call." I said oh okay, so no chance someone could have missed me calling and would just leave it up to the postcard.. she said "no, so like I said it's 3-6 weeks and you'll get a call and a postcard." Me thinking wow.. Great customer service like could she not have just checked on it, maybe someone was supposed to call me and had to leave on out for an emergency and never got to it, human error is a real thing. Soo anyway. I schedule my 1st service which is a nail in my tire and the door panel outside coming off. My advisor was Jan, it was a very bland experience. You here for this, okay well call ya when it's done bye. Me again WOW.. lack of customer service. But okay I proceed. So half the day goes by, I go pick up car. Jan tells me the panel will need to be ordered it'll take a week and pointed to the back wall and said pick up your keys over there. Again another WOW moment like umm okay. So I get to the "cashier" to pick up my keys i ask did they wash the car. The girl proceeds to tell me that the car wash is broke. Uhh okay. Guys pulls up my car, the way he positions it is so when I drive out, to my surprise there is the car wash "FULLY OPERATIONAL BECAUSE A CAR IS GOING THROUGH IT" WOW again toyota.. so at this point im like let me just go home. 2 weeks go by with no call from toyota about my part. I call toyota and say I need to see if my parts are in, the girl transfer me to parts depot. The guy answers and says yes they are here, me: ohh how long, him about a couple of days. Me: was anyone going to call me and let me know. He said im not sure who handles that probably your advisor I see it's jan ill transfer you. Without me being able to get another word in he transfers me and of course I get jans v-mail, so I call back ask for jan. The girl transfers me to the v-mail again.. I call back without even talking to me and asking who I need.. she transfers back to jan, I call back, she did the same thing, I call back, she dis the same thing. I call back AGAIN, she finally picks up and I say.. STOP TRANFERRING ME WITHOUT FINDING OUT WHO I NEED TO SPEAK TO. can I have the person who's schedules the appoinents for parts. Finally get schedule with that person, I tell scheduler DO NOT put me with Jan, so she put me with Matt. When I go see Matt, we confirm all with the panel, and I ask him can they make sure to wash the car. Matt proceeds to tell me that the car wash canNOT handle my "TRUCK" because it rips the bumper off everytime. I wish I took a picture of my face because WHAT? He said yea we trying to fix the cats not create issues for them, wish I had a better answer for you. Me in my head, 1st of all are SUV's now being called trucks because I thought those were two different type of vehicles. 2nd WHAT? So I said okay we'll can you vacuum the car out, he said umm.. with that it would have to go to the detail side which would be about $90. in my head "Excuse the "F" out of me? Where the xxxx is the customer service.. so you mean to tell me yall can't wash these type of car when they come in for service. You are "Aware" of an issue with the car wash with my type of vehicle and you do not offer something for those who have this type of vehicle to accommodate? Like I felt like he could have said.. its normally 90 but the situation is strange so I'll go ahead and get it done for you.. like who is it hurting to vacuum the car out? TOYOTA THE SERVICE IS NOT THERE, I AM NOT HAPPY AND THIS HAS BEEN A TRASH EXPERIENCE.

The worst manipulative experience I ever experienced.
The worst manipulative experience I ever experienced. This was the 4th Toyota I have bought from a Toyota dealership and never experienced this level of regret after a purchase. I've actually never regretted a purchase from Toyota until this one. The one thing I can thank them for is learning a life lesson. Don't trust this dealership.

Matt McCurdy's Service of my Toyota RAV4 was EXCELLENT in every way and could not have been better!!! Specifically, he recommended a day for the repair work that was not overcrowded in his department. He was on time for my repair. He kept me posted with info as the repair work progressed. I very much liked and appreciated the video of the technicians working on my car. He arranged a shuttle ride to and from your facility that was very efficient. The service on my car was completed by noon as anticipated by Mr. McCurdy. Mr. McCurdy deserves all the appreciation that you can give him. Thank you very very much!!! Harry King
