This was my first time ever purchasing a car in my own name. The process was smooth fast and worry free. I went in knowing exactly what budget I wanted to stay in and the salesman was very respectful of that. He went above and beyond the sale to make a great deal. My daughter will be needing a car soon and I plan on purchasing her car from the dealership also. Would recommend Dick Hannah Subaru to friends and family. I recently upgrade my 2014 Crosstrek to a 2016 Legacy and am very happy with the decision. Jeremiah was very helpful and patient during the whole process. We went in for an oil change and to see what our options down the road might be for an upgrade might be but ended up getting upgraded that day.

Came in last Sunday after reserving my 2016 Forester online through their Virtual Deal service. After arriving at the dealership, I took a test drive with Bassam Aamoudi and he pointed out various things to know about the vehicle. I was already convinced that this was the car I wanted, so there wasn't really a hard sale. After the test drive, we started the paper work in a very relaxed setting. The process was a bit more time consuming than I was expecting, but went very smoothly. Didn't feel pressured to buy a bunch of extras I didn't want and walked away paying the exact price I expected based on the online quote. If you know what you want, I would recommend going through internet sales as the whole process was dead simple. Everyone I interacted with was kind and polite and made the whole experience pleasant.

I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase. Jeremiah helped me and he's a pretty cool dude, very relatable. Ali was pretty cool too. He was very friendly and patient. They both made buying a car a lot easier from previous experiences. I was the last customer out for the day, and I felt bad for making them stay past closing, but they assured me it was ok. When I was all done with finance, and ready to clean out my old car, Jeremiah had already cleaned out my old car for me, so I didn't have to lift a finger! It was pretty rad. Thanks guys!
