Dick Hannah Subaru

Arrived at the car lot, and my wife and I looked around at the various vehicles without being immediately pounced upon by a salesperson. This was the first positive sign this would turn out to be a good experience. Once we had identified some possibilities, we walked in the spacious, clean, and comfortable dealership. Salesperson Mike Krewi greeted us warmly as we entered, and throughout the next couple of hours, was extremely helpful, nice, and professional, but never once pushy. He patiently worked with us and found a vehicle meeting our exact needs, answered all our questions and made sure we were at all times, comfortable. Later, Ali Shaer walked us through the paperwork and was also a pleasure to work with, and we appreciated the time he took to help us. My wife has already found her "next car" there, so we'll be back again in the future. We'll be seeking Mike again when that time comes.

I would like to say that my experience at Dick Hannah Subaru was more than amazing. I was able to negotiate the price I wanted with Kamal, Ian Pearce did a wonderful job finding the perfect car for me, Jeremiah did a great job explaining the ends and outs of my new Outback and Ali was very professional with the closing process. At no point and time did I feel pressured to purchase anything I didn’t want or didn’t need. I have recommended Hannah Subaru to a number of people and they have had the same experience. Bought my used 2008 Subaru from Dick Hannah Subaru less than a week ago. There was someone there to greet me as soon as I entered the store. I was immediately given a great saleswoman, Da?Nethia (Dee) Long, who was relaxed and pressure free which made the buying experience a good one. After driving my new car off of the lot, a warning light came on so I drove back, and they took care of me. Would definitely recommend Dee, and Dick Hannah Subaru to friends and family.

After a negative morning shopping for a car my friend called me and asked for some advice. I called Dick Hannah Subaru and the customer service from the moment we talked was undeniable the best I have ever experienced. Antonio P. Listened as I explained my friends situation. They matched the price another dealer offered. They gave her a better interest rate and even though they had to get the car from Corvallis there was no extra charge! There was no haggling, great communication and if it is possible this was the easiest car buying experience I have ever witnessed. Antonio was amazing to work with and I know we will always buy from these guys! I spent the day at dealerships looking for the car I wanted and finding Dick Hannah Subaru was a relief. The salesman, Antonic Pedroza, was friendly and the process was quick and easy. I dread buying a car and going through the process but I actually left happy and feeling great. They beat the prices of other dealerships by price and interest rate. I will come here for my next car!

Great overall experience. Purposefully came back after shopping around primarily because Huyen Hoang was extremely knowledgeable about Subaru models and various improvements from 2014 to 2015. He was able to answer some questions quickly over the phone and arranged for the exact car I was searching and had it available within a few hours. Very impressed.

I purchased a 2015 Outback from Ian Pearce. The process was seamless and we were treated well from start to finish. We didn't feel pressured which was the biggest relief. Ian and staff were also extremely patient and great with us, which was huge for us. Long Nguyen was really great.
