Jeremiah is a really nice guy and he made the sales experience easy and fun. The whole process was stress-free for me. Curtis, the sales manager is also really nice and has a great sense of humor. They made the transaction seamless and easy. It was very relaxed, and not the high stress experience you would find other places.

I worked with Jeremiah to upgrade my 2011 Outback for a 2016 version & came away totally satisfied. Jeremiah showed me several models with various option packages until I found what I needed/wanted but nothing I didn't. I bought my 2011 from Jeremiah too & will be back in a few more years when it's time to upgrade again. Ammar was very helpful & easy to work with on the financial side of things too. Great dealership with great employees. What's not to like?

We started our visit with a greeting from Jerimiah who took us to three different Hannah shops. We checked out each car and eventually settled on Subaru. My wife wanted and all wheel red car. Jerimiah was trying to source a car from another dealer. We finally settled on a red Legacy with some help from Jerimiah. My wife is delighted and as the saying goes "Happy wife Happy life". I bought my Subaru Legacy from Dick Hannah this weekend and it was a wonderful experience! My initial contact was with Shawn and Max through the online email. They answered my questions honestly and thoroughly! Once I arrived on the lot, I was immediately greeted by Mike! Mike accompanied us on the test drive and was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all my questions. When it came down to discussing possibly purchasing the car, he was very understanding and did not pressure us at all when we told him we were not looking to buy that night and would be going home to mull over our options as we were also interested in another car. We indeed opted to buy the Dick Hannah Legacy and Mike again greeted us with a smile upon arrival. The negotiation process began and after we signed the papers Mike began to go over the options in the car and Oli, the finance guy, came over and said there was a mistake in the figures and it was actually in MY favor!! Thanks for the honesty! :) I drove away in my new Legacy!!

This was my first time ever purchasing a car in my own name. The process was smooth fast and worry free.
